Just spoke with the manager. As a cook in the US Merchant Marines; I purchased an 8 piece family chicken and it was too salty with table salt. Manager advised they don’t use table salt, and I replied, table salt was what I tasted, she went on to say”maybe they didn’t shift the flour” and asked whether I wanted to come and get another meal and I replied,”no thank you.” My point; I am hoping they are consistent in terms of preparation. I am hoping Coporate or other franchises see this post. It’s the little things that makes a big difference, and at my age, I certainly don’t need excessive table salt😏

The women's bathroom was atrocious. It smelled of fecal matter and had some smeared onto the toilet seat. The sink had a soap dispenser on the left, the water in the middle and a hand dryer on the right. My 4 year old washed his hands first and used the dryer. When I tried it wouldn't work which prompted me to look underneath. To my shock I see black mold in several places. There needs to be something better, I understand trying to go green but not at the expense of dying your hands with black mold growing underneath. My husband used the men's room and mentioned that the wall soap dispenser wasn't working properly so the top was off, meaning the men would have to dip their unclean hands into the entire quantity of liquid soap. Just a bad overall experience for us.

Trust royal farms to have a decent public restroom when traveling and quality essentials. Self checkout gets you in and out quick. Eat the chicken.

I’ve seen the reviews but I have to give a shout out to Walter and some of the employees. . When I say Walter was on point. Greeted me when I was getting my soda. Told me that at Royal Farms our customers are in charge. Every person he encountered he would speak and when we left, like a true gentleman, he opened the door. Now everyone was friendly, but Walter’s warmth and cheerfulness just unbelievably stood out. When I received my potato wedges, the employee gave them to me with a smile, greeted me and told me to have a good day. Couldn’t get the name. But all I know is that’s customer service! Kudos to you Walter and some of the employees. You made my day! Oh by the way, the wedges were piping hot, just like I like them.

By far the SALTIEST chicken I've ever had. I can feel my blood pressure rising. Also...the images of the chicken are misleading. Mine looked like wingettes. Like half the size. I will not be having chicken here again.

If I could give a 0 that’s what it would be. Service was TERRIBLE food was TERRIBLE probably because it was made 10 days ago. This is unacceptable. I will be going to corporate and if I get sick I will be suing, I will be calling health inspectors. I’m at a loss for words.

I will never come back to this location. I went in there 2 days ago. Let me start off by saying I DO NOT EAT MEAT!!!! So I order a small potatoes wedges and a egg and cheese croissant sandwich. And the wedges looked like they was battered in the same flour as the chicken or cooked in the same grease as the chicken or the grease was bad/old. I mean the way they looked, they looked like they had chicken skin wrapped around it and fried. I ate 4 wedges and knew something wasn't right. Because they taste like chicken. 30 minutes later I felt really bad. To the point that after I got home from work i went straight to sleep because I was feeling like I was going to pass out. I couldn't eat or drink anything because I knew I got food poisoning at that point. I was throwing up and having really bad bowel movements. And having a real bad case chills to the point that I had to call out of work. Im still feeling the illness after 48 hours. I WILL NOT BE GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION ANYMORE!!!!

This royal farms is in a easily accessible location and visible from the high way. The gas prices were really great as well. I went at 9pm on a Monday and the food selection want that great at the time but you can't go wrong with the chicken. I'd recommend for a quick bite and fill up

Let me just tell you I would never go back to this Royal Farms again! went in this morning and the morning crew had the worst attitude. I mean don't come to work if you don't want to work the morning shift just don't come. Outside of that the potato wedges I bought with my chicken sandwich were greasy and chewy, taste like they've been refried or sat under the light all night. the fryers and all of the equipment and stuff look like it has not been cleaned since the day the place opened. the chicken station was dirty they weren't frying any fresh chicken especially at the time that I was there. at 10 o'clock you should be getting ready for the lunch crew I mean it just looked a mess. there's dust on the monitors and like I said the fryers are nasty with old grease and it just was not a very pleasant sight. This is my first and last time ever going there. then I'll talk to the store manager mr. Otis and he's talking about they weren't there working on getting better servers I mean for real I would have just sent the young lady back home because the way she was looking. her appearance and also her attitude that's not the type of person you want representing your store and it's so sad because it's so stereotypical especially in the black communities is where you see this type of nonsense. Very disappointing.
