Great truck rental experience! John was super friendly and helpful in providing the right sized cargo van at store opening (7 am). 300 miles per day were included, plenty for a medium distance move. I wish all enterprise locations would have such high level of customer service! ~Tom

I’ve seen the reviews but I have to give a shout out to Walter and some of the employees. . When I say Walter was on point. Greeted me when I was getting my soda. Told me that at Royal Farms our customers are in charge. Every person he encountered he would speak and when we left, like a true gentleman, he opened the door. Now everyone was friendly, but Walter’s warmth and cheerfulness just unbelievably stood out. When I received my potato wedges, the employee gave them to me with a smile, greeted me and told me to have a good day. Couldn’t get the name. But all I know is that’s customer service! Kudos to you Walter and some of the employees. You made my day! Oh by the way, the wedges were piping hot, just like I like them. ~Janell

The owner has integrity and honest. I trust him with all of my family vehicles. I send my senior citizen father and my son to him for repairs also. You do not have to know about cars, he will give you honest analysis, recommendations for fair price. You will be glad you went to Sunny. He also takes 'extended auto warranties' ~amc
