Great truck rental experience! John was super friendly and helpful in providing the right sized cargo van at store opening (7 am). 300 miles per day were included, plenty for a medium distance move. I wish all enterprise locations would have such high level of customer service!

Since they won’t post it I will. Marlow Heights has NO commercial vehicles. Don’t waste your gas to go here to ask questions while they’re texting whoever.

Beware of this Enterprise location. After my experience with them, I vow to never rent a car again. They conducted my walk around of the truck in the pouring rain. When I returned the vehicle, they found a very small dent that I had not seen (or created). In the end, they charged me $2,500 to fix a 2-inch dent on their vehicle. I would say avoid this location at all cost! Staff failed to give me an itemized receipt and were unprofessional. This is a shame, as I have had good experiences with Enterprise in the past.
