Excellent service from Mike. The company where I switched from was pretty difficult to get them to complete the portability process which took around two hours. Mike was patient and extremely polite. Definitely I would recommend this store for a quality customer service.

Most helpful cell phone store ever! I must thank the 2 owners for their enormous help when I purchased my iphone. I was in and out of other unhelpful stores in Orlando and came across their store on W Colonial. They were so informative and took the time to make sure I was happy! It's rare when I see this type of excellent customer service.

aI hope every boost customer sees this...They're absolute garbage wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.. I changed my plan and paid my bill yesterday and wake up and my phone is cut off ...So now I missed whole day of work because of this and THIS IS THE LAST FUKN STRAW..IM DONE ..THANKS A FUKN LOT YOU ASSHOLES ....AND I NEVER MET ANYONE HAPPY WITH THEM..And customer relations is worst than the phone service.. Please do yourself a favor and don't even get their stinking phones PROMISE YA YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
