I don't know how she did it but Jessenia cut my monthly bill in half and got me an amazing deal just for switching here. I ended up paying less out the door than my bill with spectrum all together!!! Run here and ask for Jessenia for a crazy deal.

Nothing but beautiful girls working at this location. I personally went to Jesenia for a long time and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my phone. She is very knowledgeable on any problems I have with my phone, big or small. I learned the hard way going to any other store. Even geek squad has nothing on this lady's genius. To management that sees this, please give this girl a raise and have her train more people to be like her.

These sweet girls here have the best customer service and people skills I've ever experienced in any phone store. Jesenia helped me with my account and gave me a sweet deal on a new phone. I was saddened when she refused cash tip but my tip to her employers is to give this girl a raise!

Jesenia is awesome! I’ve been to this store multiple times and she is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. Last time i came in i had to go to another store. This time i came in with the same problem and she knew exactly what to do. She needs a promotion and/or a raise!

This was the only store open late on Sunday and I arrived at 7:40pm and they were closing at 8. They greeted me and said one of them would be right with me. Couple of mins passed and saimary was on top of helping me find the best phone. She even found one that was not on the display floor normally and talked me through each phone I inquired about. She ported my number without any hassel and seemed as if the whole process for set up was under 10 mind. She is THE FASTEST knowledgeable sales representative I've seen in any mobile provider store Ever. I walked out satisfied at 7:58pm. Hands down if your in a rush for a phone and need expert advice on phones and a hook up with accessories......I'd say this is where to go im definitely going again. Mayter of fact today for my girlfriend to get a new 5 g phone as well. Thanks so much. See you soon and metro you have an asset that deserves a raise. Just saying.
