Very unhappy with the unprofessional and unhelpful behavior of this location now with a new person that is there. It is not friendly like it was when Toni was there. The gentleman that works there is extremely nice and so is the new young woman.

Don’t listen to these bad reviews. This place is the best storage place I rented from. Very clean and didn’t see any mice. Keep it up!

Very unsatisfied! The unit is very small! I have a 10x10 and it looks nothing like the virtual experience on line, this unit does not fit a one bdrm ! No one was in the office for 3 hrs so I couldn’t even start my move! My gate code still doesn’t work so I’m unable to unload today as well. Overall very unsatisfied!

My experience today was wonderful I would recommend everyone needing to storage to go and visit them! Ask for Tony and Darnell they both had wonderful customer service. They were very helpful and nice.

Toni was outstanding, true customer service, very pleasant and professional, unit was clean and spacious, had 2 flatbed which made the move easy along with an elevator to get to my unit. Love it!!

Constantly increasing the rental price, so if you need a place for more than a few months, go somewhere else. When I first got the unit in January 2021 my 10'x7' unit was $111 monthly (all fees and insurance included). In April of 2021 it went up to $119. Then in January of 2022 it went up to $198 - so nearly an 80% price increase in the first year. Update: The company response to this review is the need to raise rates to continue offering clean, safe, secure storage… but the current advertised price for the same unit is $82 - so only the existing customers are getting hammered for those fees.

It’s CLEAN and the staff is friendly and patient. There are flatbeds available to assist me In getting my load from car to unit. And I also feel safe when I enter alone.

This was the best storage location in the area. It is clean and convenient. We moved in and out with no problem. Mrs. Jackie was very nice and made us laugh. If we need another storage unit we will definitely choose them again.
