Sat I was scheduled for my booster shot so I went early to get it and I checked in and everything so someone else checked in after so when the time came she took the other lady before me I was like wait a minute I was here before her and I thought that wasn't fair to me so the women in the pharmacy is not professional at all and there attitudes are not pleasant so I had to reschedule my appointment NOT COOL

Went here about 4 months ago, found store stocked well, some staff were having personal conversations across the isles, but when I asked one of them a question they did respond. Some shelves were not as organized as they should have been. The floors were clean, refrigeration area was clean as well.

DO NOT get your covid test at CVS. They say you get results in 6-10 days. First, of all that is waaaay too long time. I went anyway because I was exposed and couldn't find anyplace that wasn't booked solid. I am on day 10 and still no results. Please take your health seriously. Go someplace where they have adequate lab resources to provide results in less than 6 days. If you are positive, early intervention can save your life. If you don't have any other options in your community, please contact the CVS corporate office and let then know that they need to do something to decrease the wait for their customers. Lives may depend on it. They are in our communities and we spend out dollars there. They have a responsibility to contract with labs who can handle the work load. They can afford it.

I’ve been calling all day I’ve been on hold for 15-20 mins at a time. This is the most irritating place ever I’m not sure if they have new management or what they are getting on my nerves. This place doesn’t be that busy when you get to the store it maybe 4/5 ppl working at the pharmacy & all of them walk pass the phone like it’s nothing ringing at all. 😒 You better off going to Walmart in Clinton pharmacy to get better service

Everyone knows the pharmacist by name. "Kenneth" and staff you are absolutely the best❗Everyone is customer focused, engaging, helpful and most importantly friendly. Even when extremely busy still smiling. Years ago this place was awful with funky attitudes and the worst customer service ever. Present day, I am proud to have you as my pharmacy. Everything runs so smoothly. What a difference a new pharmacist and staff makes!

Horrible pharmacy!!!!!!!!! No one knows how to use the online system and they are not interested in really helping you. It is not as if I am buying shorts or shoes; it is medication................ The time that you spend actual trying to get your prescription you could possibly kill over. Oh and by the way either they are making up pricing or they are overcharging you and keeping the difference. When you question them on the price difference they say call your insurance company. When you ask them to call at the moment they say they dont want to waste your time or theirs.............

I went online to transfer a prescription, when calling the location initial person gave the phone to someone named Jocelyn. She told me she had no knowledge of how online system worked and I should speak to someone personally in the future. Why have access to transfer or refill online, when the employees are unaware of the system and the mechanics of it's use.
