Constantly increasing the rental price, so if you need a place for more than a few months, go somewhere else. When I first got the unit in January 2021 my 10'x7' unit was $111 monthly (all fees and insurance included). In April of 2021 it went up to $119. Then in January of 2022 it went up to $198 - so nearly an 80% price increase in the first year. Update: The company response to this review is the need to raise rates to continue offering clean, safe, secure storage… but the current advertised price for the same unit is $82 - so only the existing customers are getting hammered for those fees. ~Adam
