I don’t give out unfair reviews. With that said I had a chicken burrito with beans etc from this Chipotle location and I had the worst food poisoning I’ve had in my life afterwards. Gross details: I threw up the entire burrito, none of it was digested. We’re talking throwing up 7 times or so, very painful. I don’t know if this was due to raw chicken, spoiled cheese, or anything in between but overall the food needs to be inspected for safety and cooked thoroughly

This store seems not to care about customers at all!! They don't put enough on the bowl it's always half full, also they are charging for the sides of rice and beans so I got like three sides and I pay like $6 so that's crazy and didn't notice until i saw the receipt at home! Will not go to this location

Online order placed was ready in time and correct. The place looked neat and clean unlike some other chipotle.

They gave me the biggest burrito bowl I’ve ever had, it was amazing. The server had to squish it down with the lid. The line is always long at this chipotle, so don’t expect it to be super quick.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to and the worst experience I have ever ever had. I waited in line for 25 min with only two people ahead of me without complicated orders. The staff did not know how to do their accurately and there was absolutely no replacements for things not cooked such as rice, salsa etc. Employees were slow and standing around if something was not right. I will not be coming back to this location ever again and I have to say I am disappointed.

Typically delicious, but on my last visit i noticed something weird in a bite of my rice & pulled a used bandaid out of my mouth. You can imagine my reaction. I called the store, and though they were friendly about it - they questioned it since they “don’t even have brown bandaids in the store” - as if no one could’ve worn a bandaid from home? They offered to remake my food, which is cool but that’s it?! I regret not pursuing this harder because this could’ve been really bad. I haven’t been to any Chipotle since, which sucks, but I’m just too nervous to eat here now. Also: ridiculously hard to get a human on the phone in the local store. It re-routes you to a random call center just about every time.

I do mobile order most of time, and I noticed the quantity coming down. When I ordered via Chipotle app the last time, it was half empty.

There was a line but that’s typical and there wasnt no forks, knives, or spoons available inside when the cashier told me he put some in the bag when i brought it to his attention. There wasnt a problem for me but a guy had to wait while people passed him because they ran out of beans but im sure that happens often. Satisfied with the food i got plus i got points toward free food using the chipotle app on my phone.

Best chipotle I have ever been to! If I’m in college park, I drive the extra minutes to go to green belt and go to this one! The staff is always so friendly. They’re never skimpy while making the bowls! They never run out of ingredients and I think that says a lot about how well managed this place is.
