DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give this place a negative stars I would! I had a rollover accident and they were called on my behalf by the sheriff's department and this "towing company" responded. Had they responded properly from the start they would not have been pressured to "clear the road" but guess what that is your job! And when you have incompetent judgement calls being made by your employees guess who it affects! Not you guys! They are only concerned about getting their money not taking care of people. They try to do anything to put in the least amount of effort. Even after being told and given proof where the money is coming from, and they will not lift a finger to ease any process even after being given the information. I had to call my adjuster for them, so they could hear my adjuster say it's covered. And they will withhold your personal property! They pulled our daughters campers and truck over. They tore the entire chasie off the trailer. Then decided to get a bigger tow truck to do it right. The people were VERY rude to us. When we went to get othe stuff out of the camper, they treated us very poorly. Will never use them again! Service: Car towing

They got my boat back on the trailer when I lost it on the side of the road. They did not even damage the fiberglass anymore than when it came off the trailer. Driver was very polite and did not critique the situation even though I should have replaced the straps months ago. Would recommend to a friend!
