Best bank in Cape May Ct Hse, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

I had excellent customer service with Denise Castro. The experience was first class from the moment I spoke with her till she solve every problem that I had. A pleasure to bank with a company that cares so much about customer service. Five stars Denise. Thank you so much for caring ~richard

I notice that my original review has disappeared so I will repeat my dissatisfaction with the rude treatment and unprofessional attitude at this bank. I wanted to cash in paper savings bonds. They said they "can't" cash them. When I asked how do I cash them, I received shrugs in response. I had to get help from another bank in the area. Sorry Sturdy, that's poor service . ~Katherine

Veneda and Nicole were great! I came to them with a handful of urgent matters and was very stressed about it. What could have taken hours of my time turned out to be far less cumbersome because they came up with a gameplan to most efficiently get what we needed done. I cannot thank them enough!! ~Matthew
