I ordered just egg and cheese on a bagel. They gave me bacon, egg and cheese. I removed the bacon and it didn't look cooked all the way. The egg also didn't seem cooked all the way so I ended up throwing that away too. The bagel was good atleast!

They are good most of the time but for some reason they stop making things 2 hours before they close. 🙄 they even got my order wrong. How do you get an order wrong after you repeat it for me and I confirm?!

This dunkin location is horrendous! Very unorganized, every time I go the place is closed at different times. Whoever manages this location is doing a horrible job. Not to mention the nasty attitudes.

Horrible! I was waiting inside for a while without being noticed. I witnessed the manager belittling her workers, telling them to hurry up and yelling at them while she was standing doing nothing! That is not how to manage a place and honestly the woman should be fired with that nasty attitude! Also I did not appreciate the manager bad mouthing and mocking the customers at the drive thru how immature and childish.

The food was served promptly and the service overall was good, but me and my husband came there on our bikes and we’re not able to use a table because they were still closed. We had to resort to hunting for a spot to eat out in the city. We finally found a spot under a tree and ate with sticky coffee covered hands because our drinks spilled while holding our bikes with one hand and the coffee and food in the other. No need to close it all. Many restaurants are opened.

The staff is excellent. They are enforcing social distancing, and mask wearing in the store making sure patrons know it is required for everyone's health. It makes me feel safer going there and purchasing food and coffee there. And the coffee is always delicious!

I love all the brothers and sisters there...they are friendly..courteous and polite..service is prompt..and if you order your coffee the same way all the time..they remember the way you like it after the second or third visit!remarkable!!
