Rude, bad customer service skills. Just moved to this area and this is not what I am used too. They’re individually owned and operated too. Will be going to Crestwood Hardware next time or another sub location. They also immediately started to try to charge me for items and make money when I was just going to the designated merchant return location.

I had this location send a package up going to the wrong address. The young lady that took my package was obviously inexperienced so I called to simply let the store know she made a mistake but wasn’t going to take it any farther than that. Before I could let the manager know this she informed me that the owner said she (I believe her name is Sheri) wasn’t going to give me a refund or resend the package. I was taken back by the customer service so asked to talk with her but was told I needed to send an email first. Two days later after sending the email and calling back mutable times no response from the owner. Terrible customer service at this location.

a young lady by the name of emma helped me today, she was very polite and helped me ship my package. it was a relief being helped by such a kind young lady today because right before i left the house i got a call that my wife left me for Tyrone. but my experience at the ups store made my day better and i encourage people to come here to ship packages

Everyone that i have came into contact with in this particular ups location (lagrange) were rude and disinterested in good customer service. I would rather drive to louisville than go to that store. I dont like giving bad reviews but if its deserved then its deserved. The problem comes from the top and trickles down the chain of command.

I have never had any problems with the La Grange, Kentucky location. Is it more expensive than USPS...yep but in my experience I've never had a package get lost unlike USPS. The service has always been great.

Every time i come to this location they try to upsell me the most expensive service. Last time i came in, i went for a regular ups envelope to ship some documents ups ground and they were forcing me to ship it as express claiming that they had ran out of ground envelopes, forcing me to buy a $5 paper envelope to be able to utilize the ground service

I'm very upset with my experience with this location and feel like I've been ripped off. I came in to return product that I purchased online and wanted to see how much it would cost to ship. The employee took the item to the back and put it in an approximately 5'x3' box and weighed it and said it would be $153 to ship. The item itself wasn't even worth the shipping cost so I said I did not want to ship the merchandise back after finding out the cost. The employee then makes me pay almost $80 for the cardboard box!!! I was never once told the prices up front. No one would pay for a $80 shipping cardboard box! I'm guessing this is why it was boxed before given a price so I could be taken advantage of. Now I'm out $80 for a cardboard box. You all can have the box back. I would like to receive a refund and some decent customer service. 10/11/18 Wrong. I requested to not pay for any of it due to the high shipping to which your associate replied I would have to pay $80 for the box. At that point, I stated that I would try to at least get the company to pay for a label because I wasn't given a choice on the box and didn't want to be out $153. Why would I call and ask for a refund later when I told by your associate at the store that I didn't want it while I was standing in the store? So again, I would like to return your box in exchange for a refund. I don't appreciate being called a liar either so I will continue using the internet to warn other consumers unless I receive at least an attempt at decent customer service.

My family left a small duffel bag upon checking out from a hotel in La Grange, KY. So we reached out to the hotel and they contacted UPS store #2994 to send us some forms to authorize for the shipment and payment for our bag to be delivered to us in Brooklyn, NY. We HIGHLY recommend this company because Kristi and her team were efficient in our email communications and most importantly they charged us a reasonable price(around $30) that was approximately quoted to us via email. We're so grateful to receive our bag that was pack and delivered in an orderly fashion. THANKS, UPS store #2994!!
