I use their printing service quite a bit for work, I wish there was somewhere else to go! The little blonde in printing is rude, short and sarcastic! I’ve tried to be very nice and polite but next time, I may speak my mind.

The employee in the printing department was not helpful. I didn't know how to use the self scan equipment and she was very short with me. I left because she seemed too busy to help and was not very eager to help.

Do Not Shop Here! I would give zero stars if I could. I drove over an hour to this location for a desk that was returned and assembled. The associate told me over the phone that it was normally 199 but they were selling it to me 89 because it was returned and assembled wrong. Upon arrival (after looking for someone to help me for ten minutes), they told me the price of the desk is actually only 20% off - so 160. $70 dollars more than I was told over the phone. I was still going to buy it because I loved it, but when asking if they could do any better on the price because of their mistake, the Store Manager ARGUED with me telling me I misunderstood the conversation because they all (5 associates she says) heard it over their ear pieces. The 89 came from the Ped filing cabinet that matches but is sold separately.The person I spoke with before the Manager apologized that the associate misspoke and that she was new. 20% off 200 was never mentioned over the phone. That store manager wouldn’t even take responsibility for her employees mistake, aggressively tried to argue with me, and made me out to be the liar. That’s unacceptable customer service. Do not shop here. Amazon has the same things at 50% of the prices they charge. Just wait for shipping instead of dealing with this horrible staff.

My experience was that I sat in every chair that was $99.00 and up making sure I found the one that was going to be the best for my wife. She has trouble with her back and tailbone. When I decided which chair I wanted, I had to find someone to assist me. At no time did anyone offer to assist me. The guy that did help when I asked him was very nice, I did ask if I could get the chair on the floor since that was the one I sat in, he said that wasn't allowed. When I got the chair home and put together, it does not feel like the one in the store did. The bottom cushion is much harder. I am disappointed with this chair.

I only needed to use the print center today. I hate printing stuff on my own because it seems too complicated. I had assistance from both Collin and Cody. They both restored my faith in young people, as they were very attentive and conscientious! They definitely were both very knowledgeable and helpful. They work very well together as a team. The finished project far exceeded my expectations!

I was going to purchase several items....but it was too hot inside! I had an employee get me a chair to sit on. He also gave me paper towels to wipe my face and arms with. I was in there 10 minutes only. I didn't get to get all my items. I'll go there again when it's 40 degrees again

Carley Barks was very kind and considerate when helping me find all of my office supplies. She seemed to know alot about the product and was patient enough to explain some of the things I didn't understand. Staples has certainly earned my business and I look forward to coming back!

it is a great place to buy office supplies, but be careful buying candy/snacks. I bought two boxes of Junior Mints and one was melted together. I called them, not to get a refund, but to let them know to check their inventory. The person answering the phone never once apologized. Just said, "Ok, thanks..." Seriously?
