I want to thank this UPS for having such kind staff. Jasmine, Jonathan and Alex have been such great help to me. I have been in several times in the past couple weeks and I enjoy having this crew assist me as they are always happy and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. . I will be back every time!!! Cheryl .

Tried to give this place money for notarizing a document for me. Employee would not do so due to me not wearing a mask. While I have a valid medical reason to not wear one , the employee stated it did not matter and he would not take payment unless I wore a mask. I asked for the business owner and was told he wasn’t available and that it wouldn’t matter. Owners understand that income is what keeps you in business, employees don’t care as long as they get their check Friday. They don’t stop and look at all the businesses closed down due to lack of income and associate that with their own job/income. Just my opinion. I’ll find a notary elsewhere and switch back to using the ups hub 3 minutes down the road instead of using the store by Kroger- they’re cheaper anyway.

Very disappointed in the service. I took in a Amazon return with the the return code. The employee scaned the code to get a shipping lable then informed me that my item was to big to fit in their return box and I would have to purchase a box from them or box it myself. The directions on the return clear state that I should bring the item unboxed to the store and they will package it and return it. I oppeted not to spend $9! on a box at their store. Now I've spent the last few hours trying to get a new return code so I'm not out $60 for my return. I will not be returning to this location for any of my shipping needs.

I came in a couple of days ago and usually I have a good experience but the other day I came in and did not have a good experience. I’m usually a very observant person and this has been ongoing. She has been rude often time very off putting. The guy that works there is very polite and you can tell has good customer service but seemed confused at times. This place used to have great workers but it seems like it went downhill you can either have nice people who have great customer service or you can have people who are just mean who have some what of an idea on what they are doing but it was not a great past couple of experiences.

I have used this store for many years. Today was my last and will not recommend anyone else to use. I needed a document faxed to the Social Security office since we cannot visit in person at this time. Lily took my document to fax and when I noticed the call was not connecting I told her I had a hard time getting through with a phone call this morning and would she try again. I imagine being a Monday and the volume of calls at this time is making the connection difficult at best. She REFUSED to dial again. Told me the code she was getting was telling her the machine was either not working or unplugged and that was that. That’s when I told her it was Social Security and likely over run with other calls. She told me to go to Kroger or somewhere else to try. Her unwillingness and refusal to help me cost this store my business. Staples was much more accommodating. The call went through the first time dialed.

Came in the earlier tonight to drop off some returns and I wasn’t too sure on how to do the return and the employees that were working their were tonight and helpful, the moment I came in they were both very welcoming and pleasant. The young man helped me do the return and figure it out while the young lady was kindly helping a “difficult “ customer. It was a great experience with great customer service.

Service has gone down hill within the past 6 months! The old manager was nice and helpful, then she quit and the other girl replaced her; they were both helpful. They were always there and knew everyone’s name, it truly felt like a family. I was always greeted upon arrival and made sure if there was a line or they were busy they assured they would be right with me BUT not today, I walked in and was not greeted, I asked if I could have help using the copier and the one girl was very rude and off putting not very helpful at all. I felt bad for the guy who was working with her as he felt like he was uncomfortable working with her. I called a couple weeks ago and wanted to speak to a manager about a question, and never received a call back from one. Horrible service. Will never be back!

If I'm shipping something they package it for me to make sure it arrives safely or if I'm working on prints and copies for work they always go above and beyond to help me with ideas to make sure everything turns our perfect! I don't know what I'd do without this store right here on Leestown Road! Very convenient and a very happy customer!
