Management: It was in the manufacturers package. Had never been open. So, it was very much able to be resold! This Beaumont location tries to make you purchase a box, even though your item is in a manufacturer box. I know they have been trained to try to sell you boxes, but UPS does not require any type of special box to ship. Bad Business! ~Beverly

I want to thank this UPS for having such kind staff. Jasmine, Jonathan and Alex have been such great help to me. I have been in several times in the past couple weeks and I enjoy having this crew assist me as they are always happy and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. . I will be back every time!!! Sent 3 boxes 7/26/22 to be delivered 7/29/22 cost $99. One box delivered to porch timely 7/29. Other 2 boxes arrived 7/30 - left on the street near mailbox up the hill from the house. Recipient is 86 year old woman with a walker. Fortunately a family member driving by delivered the boxes to her in afternoon. Terrible service for disabled senior and a cost of $99. ~Linda
