Sent 3 boxes 7/26/22 to be delivered 7/29/22 cost $99. One box delivered to porch timely 7/29. Other 2 boxes arrived 7/30 - left on the street near mailbox up the hill from the house. Recipient is 86 year old woman with a walker. Fortunately a family member driving by delivered the boxes to her in afternoon. Terrible service for disabled senior and a cost of $99.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Got my package promptly. Did not like that I had to travel to the main hub when there was several UPS Stores along the way.

No notifications were made stating that it was sent to a UPS access center and it is now being sent back to the sender. I placed the order on April 5, 2021 and as of August 2, 2021 it is still unsure when I will receive it. The automated phone system is made to ensure that you will give up before talking to an actual person. When I finally was able to talk to an actual person all i got was a "Sorry for your luck".

This is a perfect example of how to make your customer feel worthless.

I was tracking my package with the UPS choice which showed the UPS driver one street over; then tracking it 10 minutes later the same driver that will be delivering my package is across town. Now it's not an important package. I don't need it to live, but from a logistical standpoint how does that make sense? Isn't that a waste of not only time, but gas and not to mention payroll?

When I asked who signed for it because I was at work they said my roommate signed. I said I have no roommate, I was then told that the driver had signed for me. Currently it says that an item was delivered to my front door; however there is no item. Another time I was told that even if it says that the item has been delivered I need to wait a few days to make sure that the driver isn't running behind on deliveries. I asked why the driver would say that it was delivered if it hadn't been and after a long awkward pause the manager agreed to call the driver.
