First time in this store. What a dump! Looked like a third world country version of a grocery store. Disorganized stocking with no pattern to anything. Product not grouped together especially in frozen food. Looks like they threw the product at the shelf and hoped for the best. Not very clean and blocking was not done anywhere. I don't know how anyone could shop at this store. Clientele looked they just got out on prison work release. It can't be the neighborhood as the Publix across the street doesn't look like this. Prices weren't that great either. I work for Publix in the Kissimmee area and I would get fired if my store looked this. When I went to leave there was a work truck in the parking lot with a trailer attached to it. They had pulled into a normal parking space with the trailer hanging out at right angles. It was almost blocking the entire driving lane. The passenger was in the right seat with the door open. I told him "nice parking." His response was the driver was 88 years old. Well I guess that makes it alright. The driver was coming out of the store driving a mart cart as I was leaving. There should be a no star rating option.

I got rotten meat here just over a week ago. Got it home and opened it only to find it smelled horrible. I had to run into the same store today just to pick up some toilet paper and the entire store smelled like that rotten piece of meat. I will never visit this location again!!

There're constantly store associates cluttering the aisles towing around large bin units on wheels (they are fulfilling online orders) while the store is crowded with customers. Several times we've either been run into by those bin units being improperly steered, or we've tripped on palettes of merchandise they're stocking in the middle of the day. The prices keep rising every week, which maybe would be ok if the customer service element was present like it is with their competitor across Belcher Rd. Nothing is moved forward on the shelves & have had to climb to reach items lately. I used to enjoy shopping there, now not so much.

And my services went beyond 8. But she did it with a smile the whole time. But not even that But somebody also came behind me and asked to cash lottery tickets. She at first told him they were closed but after thinking about it for about 3 seconds said, sure honey I'll cash em for u. Excellent customer service 👏 👌 👍 thank u again.

I just had the worst costomee service ever. This associate woman was arguing with me at the store. Being more rude than I've ever experienced anywhere. Completely unacceptable behavior and there is no one to go to. Worst Walmart I've ever been too, that's saying alot since they're not even good in the first place.

I just leave when I enter those. I don't work for Walmart nor do I have the interest of ringing and bagging myself up! Probably the reason why you have to have someone at the door checking EVERYONE'S receipts and one person at the return area! Amazon looks better and better every day!

Great prices but occasionally checkout lines can b long bcuz of how registers are setup here vs. other walmarts. I still do almost all grocery shopping here to save money. It's worth long lines for what I can save, especially on store-brand products I use daily. Recently it appears they r currently resetting the store so hopefully that means better checkouts. Update 4/6/22: Up to 4 stars. Store looks almost done w the reset. The checkout experience has greatly improved re: long lines bc of old-style lanes. They kept 4 belt-style regular lanes w cashiers for larger orders. And the self-checkout area has finally evolved into what u would expect: a greater # of registers in a more open space, similar to the other Walmarts in the area. They have 13 total self-checkouts, so if you r quicker on your own, even w a large order, this store at last offers what it lacked- more checkouts. I've been in several times in the past few wks, & I don't recall a wait at self-checkout registers more than 1 or 2 times. They are also increasing variety of some products. The non-food section is where I noticed most so far. This is another improvement shoppers will appreciate. I no longer have to go to a supercenter to get most personal & pet items.
