I ordered groceries for pick-up at 1:00 pm. My grandson left his work in Lexington to pick them up. (I am wheel chair bound). He was just about there when I received a text that my order was delayed, and I would receive another text when they had an updated delivery time. I had to send my grandson back to Lexington to finish the job and my groceries had to sit there until 6:00 pm. They messed up his whole day for a lot of people.

Isn't like a normal super center but that's kinda why I like it. It's smaller but no less convenient. Doesn't have a big clothing section or tech but has all the food and household necessities.

Horrible, they made me change my own tires after paying them up front online. they said they don't put them unless you buy all four tires but charged me a A installation fee still after they refuse to put the two tires I bought from them on but this was never brought up until after it was paid for and me going to my appointment for them to put the new two tires on. They refuse to give me a refund so I had to stand out in the rain and change the new tires I purchased from them with my own tools witch I had to go buy from Walmart since I didn't have any of mine with me since they was paid upfront to do the installation and do it myself after them getting paid to do it. I will never go here again or recommend any buy tires online line or from Walmart ever, it's a scam how they just lie and refuse to refund something they didn't do

So rude and arrogant. Most of them are nice. However there are a few here that really need an attitude adjustment. You aren't king or queen of anything. You don't get to ruin others day bc you hate your life. Quit if you don't like your job.

Walmart has always been my go to store very helpful employees even in this stressful time they still are so helpful. Since I am a senior I have a hard time reaching things on the top shelf but help is not far. Many thanks

I swear none of the staff is ever friendly. Then again, it may have to do with being over worked. Also the fact that they never adjust the temp inside the store, to match the temp outside. So it feels muggy inside. I'm sure the employees enjoy that just as much as the customer's.

Found the Mario Bro's stuff my son wanted. Walmart has been very good about being stocked with product. Gone and the days when you couldn't find toilet paper. Lol! Thank goodness. And gone are the days when I have money in pocket. Lol! My son can always find the toys he wants and I seem to find the crafting items I needed. Currently, Wal-Mart has clearances on their fake spring flowers. $.50 for flowers normally priced 1.00. The selfie light my kitty is posing with was clearances for $5.00. Some of my son's Mario's lego sets were clearanced.

I don’t normally rave on check out people at Walmart, but I have to! I don’t know the check out person’s name but they were extremely nice and was amazed by my age. They had a conversation and knew how to say yes….or no.

Not sure if I just cought them at a good time or what, but unlike most other walmarts they had enough check outs, enough people working and I didn't have to wait in line for more than a few minutes. Had no problem getting help from associates and overall a good walmart. This isn't my home walmart however, while they have a good labeling system with letters and numbers on the aisles, they didnt seem to be in order the greatest, aisles a then b and c then skipped to aisle K. It was slightly confusing and the associates know the departments but not the aisle numbering seemingly. Overall a good walmart however. Had decent clearance as well, spread throughout the store.
