The customer service here is the best we have ever experienced in any Lowes store hands down! We called this store before coming and spoke with Jason, I believe, who was extremely courteous and helpful. When we arrived we were walked to the item we we wanted. Days after getting an oil change from this specific Valvoline my car was completely out of oil. After taking a closer look, it was obvious that they did not tighten the oil filter tight enough and all the oil leaked out. After speaking with someone at Valvoline they proceeded to go to the mechanics shop that I had it at and take it upon themselves to get into my vehicle without the mechanic being preset. After they got into the hood of my car, my oil filter magically became tight. I have the manager from Valvoline on video showing him getting down in the hood of my car without the mechanic being present. I NEVER gave him permission to get or look at my vehicle without the mechanic being present. In fact, I specifically told him that he had to wait until the mechanic was home. Because of their mistake it completely blew up my motor. They claim they had nothing to do with it but my car was perfectly fine before getting my oil changed there. I’m a mom with 3 kids and that was my only vehicle and now I have no vehicle at all because they refuse to pay for their mistake. The tow truck driver that came to pickup my car even said that he has personally towed so many vehicles because of this Valvoline location messing things up with peoples vehicles! Do NOT take your car here!! ~Ariel

Wow, I was glad I stopped in to this store. I found lots of things I didn't know I needed. Got some towels that would go perfectly in my bathroom. Loved looking through all the kitchen gadgets. Pickup up some coffee pods and some more things. The staff was friendly, the access to the store was easy for me, handicap parking right out front was available. ~Kathleen

I received a phone replacement for my husband's phone today but no clue how to set it up. I brought it to the Verizon. Didn't know his account information or anything but the rep here was able to figure it out and get most of his stuff back. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. I recommend this store to anyone with Verizon. ~Mary

Called the store in Nicholasville gave them what I was looking for gave vehicle information. The rude man on the there end said my vehicle didn't call for this. Went to website looked it up. They have it in stock at store called back he tries to tell me I have him the wrong information. Never ever again will I call or buy anything from there. Very sad ran business ~Jennifer

Beyond horrible bank for loans. My client and I have sold over 10 condos over the last 3 years in a building in Lexington not one issue and I own one in the building as well. PNC Richard Davies took on the loan for a client but 50 days later 3 days after it was due to close he (emailed didn't call but emailed ) us that they could not get information for HOA and would not do the loan and the HOA did not have enough reserves. This is not a New development building which is the only type of condos that have to prove reserves and the building has been occupied for over 60 years with no issues. He dropped the loan and would not take any calls. I called the HOA and they said he never called or anything. The bank or Mr. Davies are far to unknowladgable to take on even these type of small loans I suggest Citizens Bank or US Bank. ~jenny

We enjoyed it! I’m usually not a big Papa Johns fan, but we found a coupon online for large one topping pizzas for $7.99 if you picked them up. We ordered a pepperoni and a sausage, and found them to be much better than I remembered. For that price, we may have to try them again soon. ~Joshua

Your employee, Kameron, was an excellent cart boy. When I entered he was quick to offer me a cart. When I was leaving I asked for some help to load my groceries. He quickly came to help and politely loaded all my groceries. He was an amazing help! ~Takirah

Always has the welding wire I need for a really good price. Iv made a whole lot of stuff with it all. ~Matt
