The store pickup and curbside delivery options are terrible. Never on time, never can count on them. Prices and selection are decent, but find it and load it yourself, don't count on the staff.

The customer service here is the best we have ever experienced in any Lowes store hands down! We called this store before coming and spoke with Jason, I believe, who was extremely courteous and helpful. When we arrived we were walked to the item we we wanted. Then we met Buddy who went above and beyond to help us! It’s worth the drive from Lexington to shop here. Thank you!

My husband bought a weed eater on May 28th 2022. He took it back and it was 34 days that he bought it, they will not take it back. He is a veteran and deserves more respect than this. It is too heavy for him to manage it he's got Parkinson's disease. Thank you for your compassionate.

I'm giving 5 stars for Billy in hardware. Two different associates told me to find someone else to help me but Billy went above and beyond! He even fixed the bolt threads on the part I was trying to replace and I didn't have to buy a new one. Thank you Billy!

I had some paint needs and after waiting over an hour for someone at Walmart to come to the paint counter I went to Lowes and I was waited on by Alex M in the paint department. He was WONDERFUL! He knew exactly how to find the shade of paint I needed to replicate. He was very knowledgeable about the products and prices AND he was a joy to work with!! Not too bad on the eyes either *wink wink* I will DEFINITELY be back to see Alex for further paint needs!!

This store has the best customer service. But huge thanks to Chat in appliances. He didn't rush me and answered all my questions. Even went out of his department to get the other things I needed. Every Lowes needs to be trained by this guy.

I used the curb side pick up several times last weekend, two were large loads for a deck. The service & the process was outstanding and it really saved me A LOT of time. Keep up the great service!

Mixed. Went looking for bargain washer. Discovered that they are marking them up over other dealers...by $80 over Best Buy for the exact same unit... Maytag 565. But...on the other hand, I found a clearance mirror for dirt cheap.
