I took my 81-year-old, visually impaired aunt to this location because she was having trouble with the features on her new phone. I think the guy who helped us was hiding angel wings under his shirt. Ralph was patient, understanding (without patronizing), and brilliant in his phone knowledge. He reconfigured her phone so that she could navigate it much easier. GO TO THIS STORE for all your cell phone needs! If you go on Friday, meet "Ralph Angelo!"

Came into Verizon needing to get my phones switched over to the new phone. The two was so kind in helping get everything switched over and set up. It's been a process getting the new phone and I'm so grateful the reps here have been so kind and patient we me. 10 for 10 for customer service!

I received a phone replacement for my husband's phone today but no clue how to set it up. I brought it to the Verizon. Didn't know his account information or anything but the rep here was able to figure it out and get most of his stuff back. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. Came back a few weeks later Brandon helped set everything up and made sure that we were satisfied before we left. I would recommend anyone to check out Verizon for new phones.
