Best hardware store in Nicholasville, Kentucky (KY) 2024

The customer service here is the best we have ever experienced in any Lowes store hands down! We called this store before coming and spoke with Jason, I believe, who was extremely courteous and helpful. When we arrived we were walked to the item we we wanted. Then we met Buddy who went above and beyond to help us! It’s worth the drive from Lexington to shop here. Thank you! ~Brenda

Horrible, they made me change my own tires after paying them up front online. they said they don't put them unless you buy all four tires but charged me a A installation fee still after they refuse to put the two tires I bought from them on but this was never brought up until after it was paid for and me going to my appointment for them to put the new two tires on. They refuse to give me a refund so I had to stand out in the rain and change the new tires I purchased from them with my own tools witch I had to go buy from Walmart since I didn't have any of mine with me since they was paid upfront to do the installation and do it myself after them getting paid to do it. I will never go here again or recommend any buy tires online line or from Walmart ever, it's a scam how they just lie and refuse to refund something they didn't do ~Derek
