I have been going to workout anytime for 4 years with my husband and we've lost 150 pounds combined partially attributed to working out at this location. My only complaint is over the years they have not been able to keep staff. There have been several times I've gone and I can't tan because there's no one there on days and times they are supposed to be staffed. It would be nice if they could also expand their staffed hours and include Sunday.

Customer service was awful!!! The young man at the front desk rolled his eyes and talk about me & my friend under his breathe while we were standing there trying to explain how I've tired to cancel my membership for a year. The store manger called me and told me there was nothing he could do for me its all about policy. Policy isn't the only thing that matters when you are extremely rude to your paying customers that keep your business doors open. I would never recommend anyone go there very unprofessional and they have no regard's to people's hard earned money!!!

I liked going here, but my family fell on hard times and it was not possible for me to continue my membership. I tried talking with them, and explained the situation to be told there was nothing they could do. When I know that it is at the owners discretion whether to cancel a contract without penalty or not. Now I have over $1000 on my credit report. This is why I will never be signing a contract again for a gym. Try to be more understanding of people’s situations. I know you have a business to run, but compassion goes a long way.

Started a trial membership today. So far I really like it. The staff are very friendly. They have quite a selection of equipment and everything seems to be in very good condition. The other members are good about cleaning up after themselves and the facility as a whole is kept clean. Looking forward to my next workout here!
