Joined this gym a month ago and couldn't be happier. It is a super comfortable and inclusive environment with very friendly staff. It's never too busy, it's super clean, and they have everything you could need. I love it!

I loved going there before work and working out and going to tanning bed,But they have changed there hours for staff to 8.00 am So no more tanning before work .Am going to try another gym . Also very hard to cancel your membership it takes like 60 days . Sad because they no longer have a manager on duty Every thing is online or call main office with questions Sorry to see it going down hill

I've been reluctant to join a gym, but I was recommended to Good Health by an acquaintance who teaches a class here. I had no idea the fees would be so reasonable. There are plenty of all sorts of machines to work the whole body, plus a lot of extras that I've yet to explore. I've only been a few times so far, but the staff are helpful, friendly, and the facility seems to be well-kept and not over-crowded, even at what I would think to be a peak time (6:30-7:30pm). I look forward to getting in better shape here!

Great place to workout! Lots of variety in machines and multiples of the same popular machines so you don’t feel like you are waiting on someone else to finish. Price is low for what all you have access to. I love that the staff is there if you need them but they are never pushy. Very friendly people and everything is clean. I also never feel intimidated as there are people of all body shapes and ages!

The manager is always friendly and helpful. I love the hydro massage beds.... They're awesome. The tanning beds are always clean and hot. They have equipment for every need. Love, love, love it here.

24/7 access, CLEAN facility, great atmosphere and friendly staff. With the GH express membership, members can use the tanning beds ( which are same great beds as a nearby tanning salon) and the red light therapy fitness stand up booth, when the staff is there. This is a great place to go, it doesnt matter what fitness level you are at. Something for everyone! If you are thinking about joining a local gym, try this place first.

This was the first gym I had ever joined. This will be the only gym I ever attend. It’s super clean, for all fitness levels, and everybody including the workers are so nice. The atmosphere is wonderful. You also can’t beat the price! Definitely would recommend to anyone of any age or fitness level ❤️

Quiet, clean, small location. Went in on a Tuesday at 8 in the morning, not very busy which was nice and appreciated considering my last experience with a gym that was always packed and busy and overwhelming. Nice atmosphere, staff and reasonable membership prices. Look forward to working out here.

I just joined Good Health Fitness and it was the best “join a gym experience” I’ve ever had. Not only is it by far the most affordable and CLEAN gym I’ve ever joined but the staff was so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the Nicholasville area!

I really like Good Health Fitness. It is always clean and equipment is in good shape. The staff is helpful when you need them but not intrusive when you don't. It is spacious and can accommodate a lot of people without feeling crowded. Overall a great place to workout!
