Best gym in Nicholasville, Kentucky (KY) 2024

I have been going to workout anytime for 4 years with my husband and we've lost 150 pounds combined partially attributed to working out at this location. My only complaint is over the years they have not been able to keep staff. There have been several times I've gone and I can't tan because there's no one there on days and times they are supposed to be staffed. It would be nice if they could also expand their staffed hours and include Sunday. ~Rachel

Joined this gym a month ago and couldn't be happier. It is a super comfortable and inclusive environment with very friendly staff. It's never too busy, it's super clean, and they have everything you could need. I love it! ~Kailey
