This is a HORRIBLE bank!! Oscar Maldonado sad attempt at his job has caused me to find another Financial institute. AVOID cash Builder card, rip off!

This place entered all of the wrong information when I opened account with them. I waited 12 business days for my new card to come in. Never came. I call them + they tell me it was sent to the wrong address EVEN THOUGH I updated it when I was there opening the account. THEN I pay to expedite the card + it still never came. Call them again and they say "sorry" it was a mistake. So now I've been waiting almost 15 business days for a card that had never even been shipped. I spend an hour on the phone with these people to be told that I will now have to wait another 3-5 business days for the card in HOPES that it will get here. Just ridiculous. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere that can get it right the first time + doesn't have you doing all the work.

Tom Brooks is a great guy and does his best to run that branch efficiently. He’s always been a great customer service guy to me and I appreciate all of the other people there that come and work hard every day. PNC corporate certainly does not help them as much as a branch that busy should get help. They are understaffed a lot of times and that’s not their fault. Thanks guys I appreciate you..

The worst PNC bank in Lexington. Attempted to charge a $25 fee for a foreign check when I’ve deposited dozens at other locations with no fee. Will be withdrawing my money and closing my account that I’ve had over 10 years because of this incident.

The strange thing is that they want their customers to pay $ 5 for one month of their account statement. They, not like other banks, offer these services for free. I paid $ 20 for an account statement.

Seems like a legal scam deposited my paycheck and spent only what my balances were but somehow my account went 45 in the negative and never made any purchases and was told it was were charges were being run through the account even tho they were debit purchases so the money came out automatically worst experience with a bank ever and am a new customer will be changing banks as I already for see problems in the future

Absolutely horrible. Wants to charge 2% to cash a check because you are a non-customer. Why would anyone want to bank with someone Who charges their clients fees to cash a check with their money?
