I love all the staff&services at Central Bank...most of all at Tates Creek Centre! Ashley R., Chris L., Leslie&Miss White have my visits AWESOME! The wonderful professionalism&help I receive go above&beyond their job titles. ~Thuyduong

My daughter had forgotten her pin number. Went in the office and Leigh Ann was amazing. She was very friendly and helped fix everything. Always found this PNC to have amazing customer service. ~Tim

This is a HORRIBLE bank!! Oscar Maldonado sad attempt at his job has caused me to find another Financial institute. AVOID cash Builder card, rip off! ~D

I have been a US bank customer for years and have not had any issues. The past year I have been working with Molly Shultz at US bank and she has went above and beyond to help assist with all my needs. She is the new manager at the Hamburg Meijer location and really does a good job at providing great customer service. Highly recommend whatever location she is at =) ~Sara
