I try to avoid this store as much as possible. Federal express in the Walmart on Shelbyville rd is so customer service oriented. This store charges for everything possible. Literally charged me to put one piece of tape across the top of the box. I realize this is not the young girl’s fault that has to enforce the rules but speaks volumes for the owner/manager. If you want a smile and great customer service go to the UPS store on Shelbyville rd or Federal express in the Walmart. They will not charge you to put one piece a tape across the box.

To ensure I understand your policy. You want to charge $1.50 for a piece of tape smaller than my forearm. I didn't have cash, which means you would rather pay the credit card company more money than the piece of tape.

We do a fair amount of business with UPS store here. Most days have a good expo but each time I’ve come in with the blonde hair lady working, we’ve had nothing but issues. She’s not a pleasant person or helpful at all. I cringe every time I walk in and she’s working. Someone needs to have a chat with this hateful lady.

Normally I absolutely dread coming into this store and if I'd of had any alternative I would have taken it. I was in need of notary services and in a time crunch as my bank could not help me with what I needed. When I called this UPS store I was pleasantly surprised that a very friendly person picked up and answered all of my questions quickly. When I arrived at the store I was immediately helped with all of the things I needed, Samantha was a breathe of fresh air from the type of service I'm normally used to getting at this particular store. I liked her service so much that I came back later that day and was helped by her again, same excellent service that I received earlier in the day. Samantha is doing a great job there and I hope UPS treats her well and keeps her there as she will receive more of my business in the future. Thank you for a great experience Samantha, you have restored my faith in this store.

Absolutely horrid store with no knowledgeable staff and they give customers the run around when trying to resolve issues. This is a franchise so they pay to use ups name but aren't ups! Freaking sham! I've already sent an email and you all are more worried about responding to this than the emails first

This place is a joke. The attendant charged $3 for me to email them the information so they could print a label. $3?!?! for an email?!? Seriously? This has never happened at any UPS store I've gone to, ever. Other locations just ask for the tracking number and create label from it. Or scan the label from the phone. Based on other reviews this is pretty on par for how they charge customers unnecessarily. Petty.

Just went in to store to return Spectrum items. Had my stuff in the box and was told i needed to empty the box myself. i think she didnt want to mess up her extremely long fake nails. Then after completing the job she told me i needed to take my box. I said dont you have a trash can. She told me "no" your box is to small but i think there is a trash can putside on the side walk. Customer service is no longer relevant apparently.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE OR ANY OF THIER OTHER LOCATIONS!!! On 12/14/2020 I mailed 3 packages to my children for Christmas. I was tracking them and noticed that the next day even before a delivery attempt was made, UPS said the street address to one of them was wrong. I went to the store to see what could be done. I was told the owner was not in and that she would be calling me to see what could be done. I asked to please have them hold the package or change delivery location. I never heard from the owner that day or any day after that. The package was returned to the store and I had already left town. I spoke to an employee of the store and asked him to please send it to a UPS location or store for me to pick up as I knew UPS would again not recognize the address if it was resent to the same location. The employee told me that it was being sent to a UPS store and was grateful for the help. I also asked about getting my refund for not delivering and again was told that the owner would be contacting me. again no response . Well it was sent to the same address again and again returned to the store. I again went to the store to find out about me refund and was told to email the owner this time. I emailed her and have not heard back still. Today I went to the store to retrieve my package and again asked to speak to the owner. An employee called her and she would not talk to me I tried to call her myself and was told she was not there. I told the employee I would not leave the store until I got information on both my refunds or spoke to the owner. Instead of getting on the phone with me, they called the police. I waited for the police to come and explained why I was so upset. He said it is a civil matter but if they wanted me out of the store I had to leave. So I left. This is the most incompetent group of people I ever had to deal with. I understand the refund needs to come from UPS but the employees in the store did not have any information on the process and said I had to speak to the owner. I would have liked the opportunity to do so. The box was in pieces and two items were damaged and one was missing. I did have insurance but they made me so uncomfortable I will not file a claim for that I just want my refund and to move on. This group has 4 stores in the area and will go out of my way to use any other store than the ones they own. All the owners had to do was talk to me and answer my questions instead they called the police and continued to ignore my request. UPDATE after this post I did get an email explaining the process. This would have been a different experience if communication was given from the start.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is great. Sadly, mask usage is not a thing. The employees simply wear them around their chins. I was the only one in the store, customer or staff, wearing a mask. I’ve been vaccinated, but I care about the lives of others. It’s sad that politics is (literally) killing Americans left and right.
