The post office itself is probably fine, but it’s important to note that this location is INSIDE Brownsboro Hardware in the back right hand corner on the second floor. ~Laura

This post office delivered my package to a "Parcel locker" but when I opened the locker it was empty. So either the carrier didn't do their job correctly or is a thief. When calling this Post Office they would not take responsibility or try to help in anyway. ~PhatChance

Normally I absolutely dread coming into this store and if I'd of had any alternative I would have taken it. I was in need of notary services and in a time crunch as my bank could not help me with what I needed. When I called this UPS store I was pleasantly surprised that a very friendly person picked up and answered all of my questions quickly. When I arrived at the store I was immediately helped with all of the things I needed, Samantha was a breathe of fresh air from the type of service I'm normally used to getting at this particular store. I liked her service so much that I came back later that day and was helped by her again, same excellent service that I received earlier in the day. Samantha is doing a great job there and I hope UPS treats her well and keeps her there as she will receive more of my business in the future. Thank you for a great experience Samantha, you have restored my faith in this store. ~Bruce

This is my go to post office. Even though I have a post office like 2or 3 mins down the street I'd rather make the 10 min drive to Gardner lane post office. Only because I can go and drop off packages anytime day or night and I use nothing but the kiosk to help me get my important packages to there owners quickly and safely!! It's as simple as the touch of a few buttons and just like that your package gets sent out with a quickness! I'd much rather use the kiosk then to deal with some of the unkind individuals that work behind the counters. So hats off to the 24 hour service on gardner!! ~Zaddie
