This is my go to post office. Even though I have a post office like 2or 3 mins down the street I'd rather make the 10 min drive to Gardner lane post office. Only because I can go and drop off packages anytime day or night and I use nothing but the kiosk to help me get my important packages to there owners quickly and safely!! It's as simple as the touch of a few buttons and just like that your package gets sent out with a quickness! I'd much rather use the kiosk then to deal with some of the unkind individuals that work behind the counters. So hats off to the 24 hour service on gardner!!

Hello, I would like to share my experience visiting this place on Tuesday, October 11, in the morning shift at 8 am. after traveling 12 hours from tampa florida to look for a document that immigration had sent me I was greeted by a black woman with a black wig who shook her head like crazy and treated me with tremendous rudeness. for the first time in my life she disgusted me with my own race.

Went here for a passport appointment. After months of waiting, now get a rejection/delay notification from passport processing that the Agent at this post office didn't sign their portion of the form. So now have to go back and have them resubmit the forms again and probably pay another shipping fee.

Worse post office in Louisville because of the lack of customer service. Every employee has an additude like you are bothering them because you interupting their cell phone time. God forbid if you ask a question. The eye role, the sigh and the look of disgust on their faces. This branch has major cutomer service issues. All the front personel need to be retrained on being curteous and most of all helpful. I guess government standards are very low if tolerating and PAYING employees to treat the public rudely.

The facility is nice, however, the service when it comes to shipment for packages is not. I am a independent business and deliver customers orders, I would want my orders delivered on time but it hasn't been happening lately. My packages has just been sitting for a whole week and has not been scanned that my customers and myself has become impatient. It does not take that long for package to be scanned and put into the right bins to be delivered through the truck. Just please fix your shipment services because independent business can lose customers by slow delivery.

I have used four different post offices around town this year and an effort to get the packages for my small business out. I know everything runs through the central processing place, but as far as the lobbies and staff go this is my favorite. lines might be long but they keep them moving pretty quick. Staff is very friendly. And for whatever reason packages I've sent through here have gotten into the flow much more quickly than those I I mailed through places like Middletown.

I would of left no stars, I called to ask about my package, to see if I could pick it up. And the lady was super rude to me making me feel like I was dumb of something. Sitting there saying it not here yet and I saw on the tracking number that it was there. Smh wost postal service office. Ever never had a problem before that’s lady need to get fired!!!

We had to stop payment on 30 checks because they were all lost in the mail from June 15th, 2021. What do you do with the mail? Throw mail in the garbage? Today I receive an $11,000 LG&E bill postmarked 7/22-2021 and it is due tomorrow and we just got it today. We have had to pay late fees! This is unacceptable! Even with Covid unacceptable! If the post office wants to stay in business and keep their employees employed they need to do SOMETHING!
