This is the WORST location I've ever been to. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone! It just rings and rings. & the checkout lines are always insane. If you drive, do yourself a favor and find a different location. Never coming here again!

Worst spot ever. This store is so poorly managed. The cashiers are very preoccupied or missing while the checkout line gets longer and longer. I hate this store but I live with in walking distance so I'm stuck with it. Wish it was a rite aid/Walgreens. They need to close this location. I can walk to Walgreens in Bloomfield on Bloomfield Ave too.

1 star so I can write this review but this CVS is the worst pharmacy EVER!!! The customer service is bad especially at the pharmacy department they have people there that have no manners, have the nastiest attitude and the most ghetto language, no type of help at all, they never answer the phones and when they do they give you attitude as if they don’t want to work. These owners need to clean house and hire people that want a job and are happy to work, also with better education and customer service skills.Just Sad…

Each time I've visited this CVS location I have received nothing but good customer service. the pharmacy is extremely helpful , they have gone out of their way to contact my physicians on numerous occasion to assist with prescription matters. although it's mostly busy during my visits and the wait time is long it's worth the service I have received. thank you

Came here to do a photo pick up and there was no issue with that my issue was I wanted to purchase something else and 1 of my items didn't ring up and the manager didn't even try to fix the issue just grabed the item and tossed it behind the counter and didn't even try to manually enter the price which was listed on the item! It wasn't even for me it was for my daughter! I'd expect that type of service from a regular cashier not a Manger.

Don't call the pharmacy... You will be on hold for 20-25 minutes... No exaggeration. They really need to work on answering the phone in a timely manner. The pharmacist is caring and open minded when it comes to all your needs. I lost a bottle of medication while I was traveling and this pharmacy replaced it the next morning, no questions asked. Not many pharmacies do that.

I meant to change my pharmacy because there is constantly a 15-20 minute line and they never answer the phone but I forgot and now I’m currently waiting on a line that goes all the way back to the other side of the store. I really don’t have time for this but I have no choice as I desperately need my medication. They need to staff correctly but this will be m last time stepping into this trash pharmacy.

Lazy technicians; they don’t respond to the call. if you want to wait for your script they tell you to come back in 2 hrs instead of 15 mins as the corporate policy states. Long waiting lines; no request for help even if the line exceeds 5 persons. 1 star is too much rating for this store. They should get a minus…

The pharmacist was superbly rude and unprofessional and gave me an attitude for no reason after I waited for 2.5 hours without any result. The place is terrible and it doesn’t deserve even one star.

CVS lost my prescription. I left it in the morning and came back. Now they can't find it. They then attempted to try to get me to buy an over the counter pills that are 200 mg yet my prescription was for 600mg. They had the nerve to say that they were the exact same strength. If I EVER need a prescription I WILL NOT go here. If they can misplace my prescription, then try to switch it with an over the counter item they will probably give me the wrong medicine if the actually fill my prescription. No thank you.
