Rude, and unprofessional at the Pharmacy. Who manages it? Newark gets a bad rep already...why not do better to discredit the stereotype?! And if you don't want to service people in need of medical assistance, don't...be...a...pharmacist. I'm sure it's not easy, but it's not easy for anyone these days. Let's be kinder to one another, esp if you're in the medical profession. And if I'm calling, don't pick up and hang up, or pick up and leave me listening to the conversations in the background. New management is needed asap! I wish these reviews were taken more seriously...so many 1 stars, so little change. Disappointing!

I don't know what the problem is but lately the store has been temporarily closed. How is the helping the community if you need your prescription filled and the store is closed in the middle of the day or evening.

Very rude staff! Unprofessional! The staff at the pharmacy wasted my time on two occasions! Telling me my medication was ready when it wasn’t! This store needs better and more considerate management! Corporate please pay attention to these reviews

Great, but need to keep shelves Stocked more often, also hire more workers that will actually attend to the people at the counter in pharmacy dept they're very slothful in that area.

Walgreens is where things are happening this week. $28.00 for all these things. Shopper's Can you see the Walgreen paper bags. Free, Free, Free. Welgreens give Free paper bag all the time. Some CVS give some of the time. Grocery store like ShopRite and Walmart None of the time. You have to pay for their bags. Happy Happy shopping 🛍

It doesn't have a huge selection of items.(Varies by store) The front exit door was blocked, which could cause a safety issue which made it difficult waiting for folks to come in the store, while you're on your way out.

One person on register 4 employee not in the pharmacy but only one person rigging. Ask manager to get another register open. He says okay but still in line for another 5 minutes.. Spend less time in a supermarket.

Before walgreens hire security make test to them and that test Determine the people are humman or animal and. she's not qualified for this job and her place the jungle. I think she should be go again to school to learn her. how communicate with the people.

Walgreens Pharmacy rarely picks up calls to refill our patient medications!! I've been on hold for more than a hour multiple times!! HORRIBLE service! If I could give them no star, I would!! I called one evening hoping they would pick up before closing, was left on hold for 45 mins to then find out that they had left for the day and left me on hold!!! And only because I called with my personal phone to see if I would get through like that, if not I would have been on hold for HOURS!!!! Please find another pharmacy, no one deserves this type of service!

This store is the worst. The people that work here are so rude. There is always a problem with the pharmacy and they talk to you rudely.I have called corporate to file a complaint and waiting for someone to get back in touch with me. The pharmacy never opens when its supposed to and always closes at 5pm. Never opens at 9am like it is posted all over the store. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Poor customer service 😢 😞
