This CVS does what all CVS locations do normally. They're well stocked, the floor staff is friendly and the pharmacy staff is terrific. I have always had a positive experience, from helpful answers to my questions about meds to a great attitude towards being helpful on handling insurance. There are other CVS locations i could go to though prefer the staff at this location.

To: Mgr of Briarcliff Store President. Larry Merlo Why would you put obstacles in front of your entrance making it more difficult , time consuming and unsafe to enter your store? It is especially difficult for the elderly (walkers), people with small children and babies (strollers) and pregnant women particularly in cold, windy, snowy and rainy weather. It is also time consuming to walk all the way around this fence. Some people jump or go under the fence getting injured. Why not make it easily accessible , efficient, safe and convenient? Please remove the fence and shrubs from the parking lot to entrance making it safe and convenient for everyone especially the elderly and people with children. Also it would be appreciated if you would install cement walks for easy and safe access in 2 or 3 different locations from parking lot to entrance. Thank you and we all look forward to this courteous improvement soon.

The pharmacist who said her name was Sara was absolutely rude for no apparent reason! It was hard to hear what she was asking, since she had her mask on. When she asked me my date of birth. I erroneously gave the name of the drug, at that point she snapped, "I said your date of birth!" I then told her that she really should not talk to her clients like that. She then became very condescending, but did not apologize. Extremely bad customer service. I wish I didn't have to use this place.

My family and I have always had excellent service here, as well as a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Brian in pharmacy is especially helpful, and other staff are also great. Thank you for all that you do for the customers.

I have never had any problems at this location. Brian is the best!. He's always helpful & really friendly. The rest of the staff is helpful and most are friendly.

I am moved to write a positive review because all three visible ones are negative, and I have truly never had bad experience at this pharmacy. Brian in particular is always highly considerate and upbeat. These seem to be consummate professionals. I don't write reviews, so you can know I really mean it.

The service is about the worst that I have ever experienced. Only out of necessity do I permit myself to be treated with rudeness. Management really needs to remind their staff if it weren’t for customers they wouldn’t have a job.

First let me start by saying I alway enjoy going to a CVS store, Customer service is always A+. With that said today I went to this store and had one of the worst experiences at a CVS ever. I most say there was 3 cashier 2 of which was very pleasant, however the the next one was not so pleasant. So was waiting in line for my turn, I heard someone saying next in line with a attitude. At this point I said to myself you know people have bad days and sometimes come off wrong ,so I let that go and trying to give her a chance to redeem herself. She ask me if I have a CVS card I said I think so but given that I have so much card I don’t remember which one it was and I ask her is it this one? With a attitude she then said “well if it have extra care on it simple means that’s the one”. With all of that said I still didn’t say anything to her, I was getting 1 item she just hand me the item just like that without a bag are asking if I need one. She didn’t even say thanks for shopping are anything it the cashier next to her say to me have a good day. Alondra you need to check your attitude

Absolutely ridiculous!! Rx called in from doctors office 45 min prior to my arrival and they hadn't even started working on it yet!! Ignorant, entitled workers. They let the phone ring continuously without answering it while I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Not only are they understaffed, but they are incompetent!!! It is worth the drive to Ossining or Elmsford CVS where the service is 3 thousand times better!!!!!!

Do Not Go to CVS Pharmacy in Briarcliff Manor, NY! Stay far away 1856 Pleasantville Road. Their system is down more than it is up. Instead of fixing it they make it YOUR problem not theirs. They had my medication sitting there. I could see it. I am leaving town on business later that day and now I do not have my medicine because they cannot maintain their infrastructure to an acceptable point of uptime. I already called my doctor and moved all my prescriptions (and those of my family away from CVS). I am doing the same with my family's and will urge anyone reading this review as well as all my friends to do the same. Do not use CVS if you really do need your prescription filled. Do use them if you enjoy being frustrated as you are denied your medicine.
