Worst customer service I've ever received. When you're in line waiting to pay, you as quick as you can ring up the current person so you can get to the next person, not talk to your customer/ friend about personal drama. And when it was my turn next, finally, they were discussing about exchanging phone numbers to keep in touch. At least she was ringing me up at the same time rather than making me wait some more for her personal business. Was not acknowledged at all from the moment I was at the register. No apology, greeting, small talk, inquiring about my experience, (which obviously was not good), anything. She might've told me the total, and at least told me to have a nice day. I didn't have personal beef with the cashier, but definitely worst customer service experience I've had anywhere that requires customer service.

Long line, not enough tellers, cashier couldn't get the register to function, no management assistance, I put my items down and walked out the store... Horrible experience!!! Dollar General from here on out!!!

The employees are nice, but completely worthless. Shelves are never stocked. They have 0 out of 10 star frozen burgers, but don't have steak'ums. They don't have anything healthy in the grocery isles other than water, milk, and bread. There is always, ALWAYS, a long line and check out is miserable! Grab a grocery cart so you don't have to hold your items for 20 minutes waiting for the cashier to do their job. At least the stoner dummies behind the register are nice people.

Their share shelves are empty and barely have anything at all. I went for stuff that was on sale they did not have it they told me they must have sold out or it's still in the stockroom.

"Family Dollars" always has what I need, when I need it. The staff are always helpful. I wish they had some more help though, so they can get those boxes in the aisles onto the shelves and off the floor. THAT WOULD REALLY BE NICE. Otherthanthat, I love me some Family Dollar!!!! "Blessings to "ALL."

Always have the worst experience here. Staff doesn't know what they sell. Didn't know what a popcorn tin was. They suck at customer service. Cashier on her phone couldn't be bothered when trying to ask a question. Out of 3 (2 females/1 male) female manager, the young man was a little more helpful than the rest. both Females wanted to argue over a coupon that i turned around and used at another location buying the same items. Smh....Hard to find good help these days.

The messiest Family Dollar I think I've ever been in, times 100. It's absolutely disgusting and plain ridiculous how messy and unorganized this place is. I'd be embarrassed to say I was that store's general manager. There's literally stuff all over the floor spilling out of display boxes and no one bothers to pick anything up. Then I go to buy something and 3 of the things I had to dig around on the ground for, weren't even able to be purchased, because it was "flagged" or whatever the hell they call it. I don't understand that, bc it was hair clips, not food with an expiration date. But whatever the procedure is, I obviously didn't know the items weren't eligible for purchase because they were in the store to be sold. That shows you right there that the employees don't go through the inventory, or they would've seen that and taken it down. I don't know why I'm even wasting my time writing this, bc things will probably not change and it will more than likely be a pig sty the whole time they remain in business. Can you please put a freaking family dollar back on the west shore??!!! The ONLY REASON I even come to this location is because it's the closest one to me now, which is very unfortunate because it's probably one of the worst ones. Thumbs up ghetto family dollar, keep on reaching for the stars!! Maybe it would help if you hired some people that weren't completely lazy too!!
