Was searching for extra strength pain reliever which I found. Did not find stool softener. A stop at Dollar Tree is worth the effort especially if you don't need the quantity or price

First off - Employees very nice. Reason for 3 stars: Not well stocked. Aisles not well kept. Not very clean in general. Could be that previous holiday weekend is reason for sub par. Older store and shopping area. Not easy to get into store. No handicap parking. V/R

This store has nice associates but the store is a disaster zone. It looks like a tornado came through. Stuff is quite literally thrown all over the floor and is a hazard for older citizens. Don’t trip and fall and hit up the one down the street or go out to Lingelstown Rd.

Not sure which store this is asking me about so Im going to review both since I went to them one after another.(The first one was in Burlington coat factory plaza) The first one Did not have what I was looking for but had lots of great other items. Cashier was kinda slow at checking us out, as I was in hurry to get to other $1 tree up the street before they closed to look for what I needed. I also could not really understand the employee at this location when asking about item I was looking for nit even sure he knew what I was talking about. Maybe he was jist super tired IDK he also did not have anything on to indicate he worked there just looked like customer.(It was in the Burlington Coat factory plaza) He spoke English but I he spoke way to fast and mumbled mostly. Kinda wondered if he was drunk or high at the time. So once I left that location I Had a much better experience with the employees at the next one. (The one near Gabriel Brothers. The employees offered me cart as my hands were full. They also told me that I could order what I needed online if I needed a larger amount and could ship to store for free. They also informed me of other $1 Trees nearby to check for the item I needed.

Wow...That's all I can say. Asked the store clerk if they had calenders and the response was yeah we have them but I don't know where they are at. You can get the manager. So I walked the store again the manager came out of the backroom more interested in her cell phone walked outside to smoke a cigarette. What ever happened to customer service. I now remember why I font shop here any more.

This Dollar Tree is dirty, the carts are all broken and the manager( the white guy with the long salt and pepper hair) he's not a good manager. Lazy. Things are not in the correct place, thrown all over the store. And he's walking around like everything is ok. The other Dollar Tree stores in the area such as Paxton Street and Colonial Commons are clean, shelves all well stocked. Lots o f name brand items

I came here for a few things because I had some cold groceries in the car and needed to fill in some things I couldn't find while grocery shopping. It took over half an hour to check out. Only one line with about 10 customers in it. Another staff was milling around the store not in the register & the person up front was taking their time checking people out. Not sure if this is 'the norm' for dollar tree, but the 99 cent store has better products and service for cheaper. Even dollar general has better products and good service.

My trip here was worth it, to both me and my grandaughter. We both found every little thing we were looking for, even odd things! It's hard to leave because it's kind of fun to look at all of the crafts and even useful items. I love that they have glass vases, as well as plastic ones, and everything is one dollar or less. It does add up, so keep track of what you pick up!
