Male pharmacist (HAN) was extremely rude and demeaning. Told valued customer to drive to another cvs and proceeded to laugh in my after while making jokes about customer waiting for medication. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! Horrible pharmaceutical staff!

Don't even bother calling the pharmacy, they never answer. How a location can have such poor customer service is beyond me.

I went there last week and there a white female staff member with blonde hair middle aged at the counter that gave a mean attitude to me all when I was trying to check something out. She did not make any sense and did not know what she was talking about all when I tried to use a $5 coupon to buy my spicy cheese puffs and wafer vanilla for free. When I asked for help, instead of helping, she took that tone with me instead of helping me out. Ended up not getting my items for free using the $5 coupon. I hear that this place has a 2 and a half star review and complaints so there is another complaint I have about this place. I will NOT go back there anymore and you just lost a customer who left the place upset and will not ever come back to CVS. I will go another CVS nearby in Thornwood instead. If you need to CVS, go to CVS near Silvio's and Acme instead and not near ShopRite. Or another option can be going to CVS in North White Plains.

Not worth my aggravation to write it all out . Stay away if you can . EVERY month , it is a workout to get maintenance prescriptions filled . usually takes anywhere from 2 /3 weeks & 3/4 visits to get needed supplies . POOR Customer Service , POORER Management . Only reason I go is because the insurance company requires it . STAY AWAY!!!

Went there to drive an elderly get second dose for covid. I had a coupon for filling out an survey. It mentioned to either scan or use the code. They told me I cannot use it from phone, it has to be printed. Does not make sense to me. Did not like this behavior, I did not had much time so left.

Have been going to this location for a few years but recently the pharmacy has gone dramatically down hill. For the past several months, it usually takes 5+ days for my prescriptions to get filled after I put in the refill request. Whenever I have tried to call to expedite refill for medication that I need, I end up on hold for 15 minutes before I eventually give up. The last time I had called and actually got through, I asked if this was going to be the case from now on, waiting nearly a week for refills, and was told that the pharmacy had a backlog and had finally gotten caught up so it shouldn't be an issue. Cut to almost a month later and I'm having the same issue. I will be moving my prescriptions to a different location ASAP.

Bad experience at pharmacy. Scheduling my covid shot online was easy enough but the in-store visit was horrible! My text from CVS told me to follow the signs - there were NONE. I waited in line at the pharmacy for 10 min, only to be told to go to an empty window (remember I HAD an appointment days before. I checked in on my phone from the parking lot. They were expecting me.) Confronted with bad attitude - NAME barked at me, took my temp then said "Go wait in aisle 11". There were 4 empty chairs in that aisle, nobody was waiting but me, but I waited 10 more min before the pharmacist came out and gave me the shot. He did NOT follow protocol to observe me for reactions, just told me I was done. Also did not give me any proof of vaccination. Go somewhere else for your shots!

I wanted to update my last 1 star comment. Replace it with 5 stars. They have been more the helpful when I had Left Eye redness. I went back and the team squeezed me into the schedule so I can see the doctor. The next time they deserved 5 stars was today. I called and the doctor talked to me over the phone. Heard my concern and called in antibiotics for my eye. I am so glad that I gave this location another chance. New eye doctors too. Much better place.

If I could put zero stars I would. I received a call from the pharmacist regarding a prescription my Dr. called in. 15 mins later I attempted to call back the pharmacist Matthew through the prompts and was on hold for over 10 mins without anyone picking up and saying please hold. Called back and the same for another 15 mins. Finally I called the store direct and asked an associate to please have the pharmacist pick up. When he did I inquired if there was a problem with the line due to the storm from the night before since many were without power. The pharmacist Matthew was extremely unprofessional, rude telling me no problem with the line just him trying to do his job. When discussing the reason he called, he blatantly REFUSED to call my Dr. for clarification regarding a prescription telling me he has spoken with that Dr. before and he “feels he can write the prescriptions however he wants and no I’m not calling him or refilling your prescription ”. He was accusatory and indignant even accusing me of never using that cvs pharmacy before which indeed I have. His disregard for my health and refusal to clarify his question/concern with my prescribing Dr. I feel is unethical. Needless to say, I was ill that night due to his actions or lack of.
