Best vitamin and supplements store in Thornwood, New York (NY) 2024

Have been going to this location for a few years but recently the pharmacy has gone dramatically down hill. For the past several months, it usually takes 5+ days for my prescriptions to get filled after I put in the refill request. Whenever I have tried to call to expedite refill for medication that I need, I end up on hold for 15 minutes before I eventually give up. The last time I had called and actually got through, I asked if this was going to be the case from now on, waiting nearly a week for refills, and was told that the pharmacy had a backlog and had finally gotten caught up so it shouldn't be an issue. Cut to almost a month later and I'm having the same issue. I will be moving my prescriptions to a different location ASAP. ~Renee
