I came here to get my tires rotated and AC recharged. Wait was about 15 minutes, which wasn't bad at all! If you have to go to a dealership, you usually have to wait 2 hours. Greg helped me out. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Excellent experience overall! I've come here for an oil change in the past and the free car wash was really nice. It seems that some of their male employees treat women with much less respect than men. The heavyset bold guy is very rude , unless you're a male. I've also heard one of their guys refer to their manager as "that c...". Never going back there again. Service: Oil change

The worst service of all time. We changed oil and replaced the back light. And they ruined BOTH!. The oil is leaking, and the light fall on the middle of the road and we almost had an accident!. A very irresponsible service, shame on you guys to be as terrible at your job👎 Also thank God we are nice people and didn’t sue you!

Omg worst experience ever got a recommended transmission flush which caused my transmission to fail. This company doesn't want to fix my vehicle saying I had the problem before getting the service .Horrible experience I'm without a car now. (2017 buick encore).. My car was how I earn my money so this has caused a great detriment to my financial stability. After returning to the location several times, which this company changed my transmission twice. DON'T MAKE THE DETRIMENTAL MISTAKE I DID BRING YOUR VEHICLE to a DEALERSHIP to get oil change and all other services , the money u try to save by going to these places aren't worth it they are not honest or trustworthy theyre nice nice until they get yr money...

I am very happy with my experience at Valvoline! This was my second time doing my oil change with them, and it is such a pleasant experience. I was immediately greeted by a staff member, and their communication overall is on point. Luke assisted me mainly, and was very patient, compassionate and detailed during my service. They told me I have no leave for my anti - freeze but I do. It's all over my driveway and now I'm questioning if they did something. Customer service was great though. Unfortunately I hate how I can't call the store directly.

First time here ever. The service was great. The young lady who attended my car was very professional with a great attitude. Not pushy at all on trying to sell me anything. Did the oil change and made sure she dotted all her I's a d crossed her t's before closing the hood on the car. She recommended other things that the car needed, which I already knew about and said I can get it done there or at my choice of service dealer. Greeted me with a smile and bid me good night with an honest smile. Definitely would go there again.

Went today at 11:57 am and I left out of Valvoline at 1:03 pm. I understand there will be a wait as all three bays were full when I drive up but I had 4 cars come after me and leave before me. I was in line and had to maneuver on my own to a different bay window just to get service. The Manager on duty asked the technician if I was mad and the technician said no! I told the technician I was upset. I watched 4 cars leave and I was there for an hour!!! I seen this happen to another customer the last time I was there. I really think they should have someone directing the cars to the bays when they come in so that we are not sitting for a long time watching cars come after but getting serviced first! My oil is not cheap as today I paid $75 after my $10 coupon. The only explanation the tech gave was “ we are so busy we can’t watch all the cars that come in”, well someone should….
