Family friendly. Great ice cream of course! Friendly staff. We didn't wait long for our ice cream or our appetizers, but we were also not in a hurry. Bathroom was clean and has a baby changing area. Has an outdoor area for ice cream as well. So happy we found a Friendly's close to the highway!

My family and I visit Friendly's once a week. Lisa is always wonderful! If she sees us coming in, she has our drinks ready before we order. She always makes sure we get our Friendly's point. ( I don't always remember to open the app). We love this place!

I ordered the All American burger and it was hands down the best burger I've had in a while. I'm always happy with my hot fudge sundaes! Keep up the good work Friendly's 😋

I got to friendlys at 930pm to get ice cream and they close at 10pm lady who was a store manager said she wouldn’t serve me any ice cream! I live a block over left to get my wife and was back at 943 would not sell us ice cream! Said she wasn’t taking anymore orders! I am a black male and I felt she was being racist or something! If a place is open till 10 pm why wasn’t I allowed to buy ice cream but white guy after me went to window and got a shake and something else! Definitely not right!!! Very upset

My server Lisa was excellent. Always attentive and very polite. Have had Lisa as a server in the past and always received great service. Found it odd being in retail for so long the staff didn't match. I like the white better.

Manager here is awesome. It's a shame his workers are disrespectful and rude. After waiting an hour, and other people getting orders before us our ice-cream was covered in ice-cream and fudge. We complained and the girl working was very rude. As we were in the parking lot leaving she yelled racial nasty comments to us in front of my three children.

This place has really gone down hill. The food always gives my kids or me stomach aches. The only good thing they got going is the ice cream bar. And my waitress was a sweetheart. I will never eat dinner there again

I came to Friendlys with my child today waiting for ice cream and I saw that they were busy. A man and his family were inpatient and yelling at the poor workers. The wait was a bit long but I felt bad and tipped them. The guys kept saying such nasty language to the workers and she asked them to stop but he laughed in her face and continued. This is not Friendlys fault but it was just so sad..

Who doesn't love Friendly's? It's a restaurant, that my kids & I agree on. Burgers, sandwiches & chicken fingers. Make sure to save room for them best part, Friendly's ice cream sundaes.

Just okay, a far cry from when friendly was at it's peak. Very very less than. Limited menu that could be done better as if you just wanted it to be a sandwich and ice cream shop you could show more effect on the food and staff it to handle neighborhood traffic. The poor server seemed to have no support. Wait was long (30min) for ice cream and they still got the order wrong. No one seemed to know what was going on. It is the last place though it seems you can take your kids for a treat so don't close, just up your game a bit. You have a special niche in the market. Capitalize on it. Potential is huge. It just seemed like no one cared but our poor server.
