This post office delivered my package to a "Parcel locker" but when I opened the locker it was empty. So either the carrier didn't do their job correctly or is a thief. When calling this Post Office they would not take responsibility or try to help in anyway.

They marked my package as delivered without actually delivering it. Leaving 2 stars instead of one because I happened to see one of the mailmen on my way up there and he was friendly and at least gave me helpful info with regards to what was going on with my package.

This is the closest post office to my house and I can’t generally get there during daytime hours. I drop off large packages frequently, packages that will not fit in a regular mailbox. Their Dropbox has been broken for over a month at this point. I’ve stopped going to this post office entirely.

The experience of obtaining another passport for our under 16 kids here was horrible. Extremely unprofessional and rude worker. Should be fired immediately. I guess this is a post office and not her private company. I will send a complaint to the main post office. Unfortunately, it looks like the manager doesn't care what happens in that branch.

The people that work here are great. They deal with the entitled public who think the world revolves around each and every one of them. How can you possibly complaint about a service that will take a letter from one side of the country to the other for pocket change.

I had a horrible time trying to get passports at the J-town location, so ended up going to this location. Hikes Point staff is awesome! YOU ALL ROCK!!!!! The woman who helped me was very thorough, and actually went through my application and documentation carefully to ensure the rest of the process will go smoothly and accurately. I watched her complete every step right there in front of me. She put my mind at ease that I was in good hands with her and she clearly knew her job well, unlike the staff I dealt with in J-town, who kept saying "I guess" to every question I asked, and then his manager gave me flat-out incorrect information about the requirements for 16-year-old passport, and tried to argue with me about it, even though the correct requirements are on the state dept website. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Hikes Point location!!!!!!

I apply for my 5years old son traveling passport The lady have a very bad day and she decided to put It on us We apply 4/15 today i check status online The application received 5/16 We will fly at 7/5 The lady at this post office decided again to Choose routine way for our application which takes 12 weeks to process because of the (covid) No one answered the phone since then to maybe Fix what that lady did and got the passport earlier. /// i did by mistake review the other post office I mean this one If you not that lady kind don’t go there //

This post office has failed to deliver two items to a local business address stating inadequate address; however, the financial institution I am referring to has been at the same location for 15+ years and has not changed their address in any way. I am using the envelope and invoice with the address from the institution as I have for the past three years without a problem, then all of a sudden my payments are being returned without being delivered to the bank. It took almost 3 months for one envelope to be returned. Why are some of the envelopes being delivered and others not? I would as the Hikes Peak Post Office, but they will not answer the phone. I have made at least 20-25 calls without one answer using both the phone number on the website and alternate number given to me by another Louisville post office. It sounds like the receiver is picked up when I call the alternate number but no one will talk then the call is ended within 10 seconds or so. Very poor customer service and management.

This is the BEST post office I've ever had an experience with. Every time I come in, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Shervon specifically is always so kind and welcoming. Give that woman a raise!
