Normally I absolutely dread coming into this store and if I'd of had any alternative I would have taken it. I was in need of notary services and in a time crunch as my bank could not help me with what I needed. When I called this UPS store I was pleasantly surprised that a very friendly person picked up and answered all of my questions quickly. When I arrived at the store I was immediately helped with all of the things I needed, Samantha was a breathe of fresh air from the type of service I'm normally used to getting at this particular store. I liked her service so much that I came back later that day and was helped by her again, same excellent service that I received earlier in the day. Samantha is doing a great job there and I hope UPS treats her well and keeps her there as she will receive more of my business in the future.
