Ugh. This Kroger blows! No natural foods section No salsas and kimchis Broken fridges, hardly anything in the spice aisle, sad veggies Registers kept going out. Plus, staff are nice and trying to be patient though there are hardly any of them. No line at the gas station.

The staff in this store is 9 times out of 10 rude, unhelpful or both. Overall it’s a decent location but if your staff actively makes shopping there a poor experience, the general manager (Juan) is rude and doesn't respect the employees. In fact I used to work there. One Time I requested a day off for my cousins day of birth they/he denied it. There's a old lady who is racist and the bathrooms barley clean. There’s a location on Gaskins with staff who create the opposite of experiences. Honestly don't come here.

One checkout person. Long lines to self checkout and was told soon it will be ALL self checkout. Told them I’m going to have to start shopping at Publix and the response was a rip “OK!” I’m done with Kroger!! Ugh

Everytime I go in this store they never have anything in stock. And a few of the associates always want to get smart with you, when they don't even know how to do their own jobs.

My primary Kroger used to be the VCU Kroger at Lombardy. I really didn’t think it was possible, but this Kroger is hands down even worse. Shelves are bare (I’m guessing due to lack of employees to stock vs lack of product ), customer service is terrible (expect for the nice older lady at the shelf checkout), and the check out lines are needlessly long. Even the shelf check out lane consistently leads 1/2 way down another aisle. I should have made this review much earlier but I had hope I just picked the wrong days to shop. Nope - I was wrong. This Kroger is terrible. Enjoy bad selection, bad service, and long check out lines. I swear it feels like this store only has 5 total employees. Edit 11/8: another day, another long self check line. Edit 11/9: Thought going before 5pm would beat the after work surge crowd. Nope, 2 registers open and yet again the shelf checkout line half way down the store. Edit 11/22: Two visits in a row where it’s been a good experience. No shelf check out line this evening - Three Stars!

Garbage service as per usual. Ask for an item and they say they will make it and start making it and then start touching raw beef for another customer that comes up well after me. I get you can't fire people because you are already well understaffed but this is TERRIBLE customer service and a failure on Kroger as a whole.

We go there for grocery after every 3 days, their products quality is very good as compare to Walmart, although Walmart rates are cheap but quality is also very cheap but if you want to buy qualitative products you should visit Kroger, I love to buy clothes from there, and quality of clothes is also very good but sometimes they are very very expensive.
