I went in frustrated from having connectivity issues. A nice bearded gentleman helped me. Within minutes hw had my phone working again. Turns out I turned off my cellular data. Overall I left happy and educated for next time. Thank you to this bearded beauty!

This wonderful lady here name was nicole she was able to answer all the questions i had asked her as i was very confused starting my own plan. She was able to walk me through all the plans that they had to offer and what would suit me the best. I can not thank her enough for all the help she gave me while i was there. i most definitely recommend her when you go!

I came in to do an upgrade. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked into the store. Which is huge to me when working in customer service. Next thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the store and huge selection of accessories! They helped me choose which phone was best for my needs. They did have to order the phone which came in one business day!! I ordered it Saturday afternoon and was told three days which they hit on the dot even with Monday being a holiday. Nicole has surely earned a customer for life with your location!

Me and my husband came in to see what promotions AT&T had for new customers and how much our monthly payments would come out to. At this point we still had other places to go to get quotes from, but what really solidified it for us was the customer service this store has. Not just from one employee, but all of them. We were greeted by Jonathan the moment we walked in the door (as was every other customer that came in during our time there) everyone was so friendly and kind, they took there time explaining everything to each customer that ranged from billing questions to tech support on new devices customer's didn't know how to use. Jonathan made sure to go over everything thoroughly, he was also able to give us a discount based on where my husband works. Based on our experience I would recommend this location to anyone that wants the best customer service....... By the way the store looks and smells amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
