After not listening to my issues at the Moscow location, I was told to call verizon's customer service to get a transfer pin from att. They will not even put in an effort to help people with their issues. The Pullman store actually listened to my issue and helped me resolve it. I do not understand why there is even a store if the employees can't help you with a problem that was easily dealt with by another store, very glad to not be in business with att.

What’s the point of being at the mall if you don’t even allow people to walk in through the mall? Everytime I’m here. There’s a gate down blocking it off so people can’t come in. I’m not going to walk around the entire mall. Just to get into your store. I will take my business elsewhere

There is only one employee in the whole showroom and he also started attending customers who came after us and made us wait for 30 minutes for no reason. We had an important meeting which we missed because of this irresponsible behaviour by the staff.

I went to this place with a friend who has a second phone that he needed unlocked. We called ahead because I don't live in Moscow, and they told him that they could do it. So we drove 45 minutes to this store only for us to wait around for about a half an hour before we were helped. And then they told us once we were there that they couldn't do it we reminded them that we called ahead and they said they could and that we drove from out of town and they just didn't care so we left. I'll never go to that store again not only was there an issue with that, but the customer service was horrible.

I came in with 3 little kids and very little patience, and these guys were awesome. Once the reps understood what I needed, they took care of everything and even helped entertain the kids. They got everything done for me within 30 minutes, and took care of all the details. I didn't even have to ask. I wish everyone had this level of customer service!

I went in multiple times over the course of two months. They kept saying they were helping, but continued to cause more problems. I now have an extra phone i do not want and am being charged for that they gave me. Try a different store or even another company

I went to this store twice in the past few days and I received excellent service. On my first visit I went to pick out a new phone and Kirk helped me out. I was worried someone might try to upsell me very hard, but Kirk did not do that. In fact, Kirk helped me save a lot of money on the phone I wanted and was immensely helpful and professional, even while juggling 2 other customers. Once my phone arrived in the mail, I returned to the store to have the SIM card moved and to buy some accessories. Monica helped me on my second trip. Monica expertly replaced my SIM card, applied my new screen protector for me, and gave me some useful information about the accessories I purchased. She was very helpful and professional. If those two are around to help you, then I recommend going to this store for assistance.

The first time we went in the rep did not tell us anything and assumed we wanted the biggest package. That was not in our price range and we did not know there were other cheaper packages. We went online and found the plan we wanted. When we went back in the next day the guy, Kirk was way more helpful and explained all of the packages, insurance, phones,etc. to us. We did have to wait about 2 hours for our new phones to work. But now they seem to be working just fine.

I spent hours and hours with AT&T Customer Support online and over the phone over a two week period and they could not get my phone activated. I came in this store 15 minutes before they closed and there were two customers ahead of me. I waited about 20 minutes and the employees kept the store open late to help me, not complaining at all. They solved my issue and activated my phone in 10 minutes. Which online support couldn't do in two weeks. Amazing customer service experience.

I just had a delightful shopping experience with Monica! She helped me acquire and set up two new phones, and we came out ready to go! She was not only efficient and professional but we had a wonderful conversation about our cats as we waited for the set up process. Time went by fast, and she was patient and kind!
