This gamestop probably has the worse customer skills we went to go purchase a game code to gain some points then plan to use to the $5 dollar coupon towards a pre order a game. Chris let us know after the fact after we bought the game then snobbly says oh yeah and you can't return it to apply the coupon and our coupon is going to expire soon if I would've known that was a possibility I would've waited. It was very sneaky way to make a sale. Ibwill longer go through this game stop and give Chris my commission or business.

Selection is especially good at this location and the staff are very friendly. If you order online you only ensure places like this don't make it. Boost local economies and buy here first if possible.

Great prices, been going there for years. I suggest getting membership, it helps you save overtime. And when you trade or sell , as a member you get alot more. I brought in 4 broken ps4 controllers got 85$ just one example.

I took time today to go down to the Post Falls Gamestop located on N Cecil Rd to trade in an Xbox. After a bit of waiting, Chris got to helping me. I told him I acquired the Xbox from a recent eviction on one of my rentals and he refused to take it as a trade in stating multiple times that it’s “not my property”. According to Idaho state law, anything left behind after an eviction becomes the landlords. I’ve spent the last week cleaning literal feces off the floor of my unit and hauling the rest of the old tenants junk to the dump. I may be wrong, but I don’t believe accusing customers of lying is part of Gamestops Policy. I would highly advise Gamestop educate their rude employees in basic customer service. Anyone looking at this location should take their business elsewhere.

After we called 2 days ago and was guaranteed that we could reserve a controller today, we called and the Clerk said, "I don't care." I live 200 plus miles away just to get this icky person. I've been a loyal customer for over 16 years, usually it's great but not this time.

This was my first ever experience with Game Stop. I came in feeling a bit out of my element as I have zero experience with video gaming systems. Brad was waiting to unleash his extensive knowledge of different systems and I settled on one for my kids. He went in to great detail to make sure I was set with everything from the console, games, screen protectors, a membership to Game Stop, and warranty protection. Brad was great to work with during my experience. I hope to work with him in the future as my kids expand their gaming. That guy deserves a raise! 😊

I had went to exchange a game that was purchased a few hours earlier. I had asked a few questions about the policies understanding that there may not be anything they could do because the game had been opened but I had to ask as the game was only sold a few hours before hand. The checker was very rude about the situation. I wish I would have caught a name but I will not be shopping here anymore. I would rather drive into Coeur d alene where I've never had a bad experience. This is not the 1st time this same employee has been rude to me. I give everyone more then enough chances because I understand people can have bad days. But after multiple times I am done. I highly recommend you go to the other locations.
