I joined this gym for it's 24 hour access. But not always able to get access due to their scanner at the door which happens a couple times a month. This has been an ongoing issue for the last year. Management has not addrsssed the problem and must not feel its important. I have been a member to quite a few 24 hour gyms and none of them have the issue with off hour access like this gym. In this day and age with technology it is not a hard problem to resolve. I gave 2 stars because the gym is nice but if you are joining for 24 hour access go elsewhere. If not be prepared to be angry when you show up to gym and can't get in, only to be ignored when bringing issue to the owner.

I’ve been a member of the gym since 2017 and recently started Apex Training back in April. Austyn does an amazing job at personalizing the training to meet my goals. He taught me how to use the machines properly and how to work on my form. I’m very pleased with the experience I’ve had with the Apex training. Definitely recommend!

Been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months now. It is currently may & my year contract was up in February. I waited until February to cancel & am STILL being charged $40 monthly. I have proof of cancellation months ago & emails to prove but I get no refunds or resolution.. they are scammers. I’ve called, emailed, etc. This is absolutely ridiculous & im on the verge of closing my bank account just to not be charged by them anymore. Note - after reading other reviews… its crazy to me how many people this gym has done this to. I have talked to managers, read the contract & no where does it say they have the right to bill me for life or whenever they please. What a disgusting management team.

Always quiet enough to do your own workouts without having to wait on machines and be overwhelmed with the amount of people. Clean and nice. Always had a great time here and well worth the extra pay compared to some other gyms

Was trying out the gym on a 3 day pass and the pass itself didn’t say it had to be used consecutively neither did the person at the front on my first day. So I only used the gym one day. I would have planned differently had I known this. My first experience was ok but the gym and the equipment itself is pretty run down, dark, and gloomy. I was also interested in the cost of a membership even if for short term out of convenience for me but because I didn’t get my full three days I really didn’t get the experience I needed nor did I take the time at the end of day 3 to talk about membership plans - as was my plan. Sorry that you lost a potential customer today and got a bad review for it. Communicate better.

I am relative to reviewer and was a member at gym. The communication is horrible and they will not honor my unused membership due to medical and Covid. I have emails from previous staff management stating they would work out a new membership for me. Now they don't care and don't give me time of day. They have yellow sticky note about my acct. The staff were actually delighted that I was unsatisfied with no service. Sad. While at gym visiting to discuss my membership. The place was dead inside. I wonder why

Best gym I've ever been to. Friendly staff, positive vibes and something for everyone. Except a pool which I'm totally okay with. Their classes are very inclusive and the instructors offer suggestions on how to make classes easier and more difficult depending on your experience. I've been a member on and off (moved out of state for awhile) for a number of years now and highly recommend it to all of my friends.
