The customer service here is great! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. It is a goodwill, but clean and organized well. I bought 2 blouses for work and 3 pairs of pants for my husband, 2 brand new - with original tags- for $35. Good bargains!

Creatively

I called ahead before bringing donations to be sure what I brought was acceptable. A blonde haired slender build man with pink nail polish refused all I brought saying it was filthy, when it was just in the back of an old truck in trash bags giving a "dirty feel". Some stuff was maybe a little dusty at the worst. My friend who worked for Sandpoint Goodwill, and knew what I was donating assured me my donations were 100% acceptable. I will not shop or donate here ever again.

There should be 6stars I really love this place I do crafts and I'm there all the time they have an awesome selection and the prices are great it's not like the other second hand store in post falls (youth ranch)youth ranch has stuff in there from the dollar store with a 90percent mark up there reason I know this is because I shop at the dollar store too and seen they had the same thing the youth ranch so I don't go there any more the good will is all I need for my crafting needs the people that work there are very helpful and friendly and it's pretty clean and as a matter of fact I'm going there tomorrow goodwill rocks

An employee watches a complete stranger walk up behind me and fondle me then as I tell the crazy woman to not touch strangers in public the employee asks if I am a furry because she's too stupid to see the motorcycle visor sticking out. Everyone else clearly see it's a motorcycle helmet. I personally wouldn't ask a victim of battery a stupid question like that. Really made it clear staff don't care if customers get fondled in the store in front of them.

This is a well organized store. We went in looking for specific things and found them easily. Reasonably clean for a second hand store. Friendly service.

Just was there very nice helpfull people .clean. Nice store i will continue to come by. I do crafts they have lots to chose from I just love this place it reasonable prices

One of the cleanest Goodwill's I've been to! I personally haven't found a lot of treasures here, but that's the nature of thriving sometimes. I will say the prices at the CDA location seem to be a bit better (at least for the stuff I end up interested in/buying).
