Went into this store requesting a business quote and nobody asked if I owned a business. They just went straight to a personal account that didn’t even offer the hotspot that I asked about. Then on top of it. The lady that helped me. I think her name was Anna. Just smelt so bad of beer. I thought it was a joke and just left. Myself and my business would rather pay more if it means people are going to take what I tell them and recommend what’s going to help me and somewhere that’s wayyy more professional. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Michael and Anna from the Moscow T-mobile store were DOPE. They were really helpful, personable, funny, and very very generous with their time. Even when running into numerous issues with upgrading one of the phones, they made the time very very enjoyable. True Mobile Experts. I don’t leave reviews often but these two were great. I was there from 12PM to 1:30PM upgrading my own phone and it went great. I came back at 4:30PM to upgrade my sisters and left at 7:00PM— with Anna going above and beyond to help us out with our strange situation. I’m glad they were very cool people considering how much time I had to spend with them today.

I got a great deal on account of the store manager and had a good experience overall. That being said, two of the girls who work here have absolutely no filter and need to be sat down and told what is appropriate to talk about around customers. I heard them use profanity multiple times and talk about personal topics I had no interest in hearing about as a customer. One girl complimented what I was wearing and then went on to insult the shop I got it from in front of me. She had a bad attitude and made me feel generally unwelcome. Thank you to Skylar for wonderful service, please put your girls on a leash!

Adding to what others have mentioned regarding this store, yes the sales members do lie, I was told I would receive a work discount for who I am employed by but was later told that I would receive no such discount. They told me this so that they could sell me a Galaxy Watch even after I had mentioned that I did not want one.

Poor customer service experience trying to upgrade an existing phone within our existing long time account. Salesperson would not authorize a family member to upgrade his existing phone in our account. In store sales representative (young male) was unprofessional and difficult. Provided us with false website address for a resolution and referred us to 611 Customer service which was a 30 minute wait. Extremely disappointed with T-Mobile customer service. As long time customers we will be leaving T-Mobile as a result.

I went in to get a new SIM card to update to the T Mobile network. The young lady wearing a manager name tag was probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced. She flat out told me my experiences was wrong and invalid. She was rude to the point that her coworker stepped in to finish the transaction because he saw it going south. Thankfully there are other options in the area because we won’t be back at this store.

My boyfriend and I went in to get me switched over to his account from Verizon. The experience was horrible, the employees were all new and had no idea what they were doing. They told me they switched the SIM card over to the new sprint sim and they didn’t. I went without service on my phone all day and had to switch it over myself once i found out what the issue was. I was told my phone would be paid off with me switching companies and that didn’t happen. I got a huge bill from my previous provider. When I went into the store to sort things out all the employees said was “oh just call 611”. When I called 611 I was told the promotion had expired and that the store employees should have told me about how to get my reimbursement before I had left the store the first time. I’m so livid and unimpressed with Sprint and their employees at this location.

I was turned away 2 different times by Elijah and Andrew they wouldn’t let me trade my phone, then proceeded to push me away to a completely different competitor business had to yell and scream to get someone to help me, I went back there because there was issues with my phone they said sorry we won’t help you, you already got that phone then turned around and said please give us a good review on google, PROBABLY THE WORST!!!!!!! customer service I have ever had/experienced I will not recommend anyone I know to go here! This was awful

Came to this store this morning and got helped by A.J who was an absolute delight to talk to. Was very detailed in explaining how the leasing works and helped me save money on my bill while also helping me set up free features I didn't know I had like Hulu and Amazon Prime. 10 out of 10 will send in a friend so I can get the $50 referral bonus!
