Gracie and Austen were so helpful! My phone wasn't connecting to the network, so they replaced the sim card free of charge. They were friendly, helpful, and even let my 4 year old use the restroom while we were waiting. They were efficient but thorough. The whole store was clean and tidy. The whole experience was 180° different from our experiences with the other store in town.

This place is slower than the DMV. One customer ahead of me and I was waiting for over half an hour. Only one rep at the counter, and he couldn’t care less about moving things along any faster

I have had the same phone for 7 years and it's just ready to retire. My husband and I went in to the store to see what would he good for us. Mariana helped us and she was great. She got us good deals on the 2 new phones, added my 2 kids phones and gave us a good plan that wouldn't cost us an arm and leg. She helped us transfer our stuff from the previous phones and our phone numbers. She's amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.
